at the beginning of the project (i think during the type polls?) someone really wanted this to be able to run a flare blitz/wood hammer set effectively and i completely agree.

BTW, I know it's late and all but Rampardos doesn't have Rock Head as an ability and everything about him justify Rock Head. Seem having a head of rock doesn't alway means you can get Rock Head.

Also giving this thing Rapid Spin is beyond absurd. Should have gone with "Hallomean" or NoPie's Stegasaurus. Why must you make even Torkoal obsolete? This is madness.
