I havne't used this set myself so I can't judge, but would Morning Sun be worth a mention? It helps make up for that lack of Leftovers recovery, and along with HP Fire works well in the Sun.

Could add Ninetails as a soft check. 252 HP / 120 Def is only 3HKO'd by Weavile without SR, and Flamethrower always destroys back.

What if Gyarados got Roost? Gyarados has a good defensive type, and decent bulk once you factor Intimidate. But RestTalk isn't the most reliable form of healing this gen. Roost would help Gyarados repeatably switch into stuff like Special Landours.

Empoleon can't really switch into Earthquake varaints of Gyarados though.

Should Sludge Bomb get a mention somewhere? Poison has poor SE coverage, but it's a guarantee OHKO on Breloom and a 2HKO on SpD Celebi (Shadow Ball needs SR to guarantee a 2HKO on 252 HP / 236+ SpD Celebi).

Breloom would just Mach Punch Weavile anyway.
