During the first ever Grand Slam, I lost Round 1 in the UU Open as well, and felt awful. My confidence was also shot and I even considered quitting Pokemon, let alone participating in the other Opens. However, I decided to keep trying. I went on to win the RU Open, make finals in the LC Open, take second seed overall in standings, and make it to the top 4. One open isn't going to make or break you, so do your best in the four others. See you in playoffs.
