Choice Specs


Choice Specs will give Jynx a very healthy Special Attack stat and allows you to use four attacking moves; which can be a benefit to as it improves coverage.
Ice Beam and Psychic are chosen for STAB. The last two slots are filled by a Fighting and Ghost move which is unresisted by any Pokemon. Shadow Ball can put dents in other Psychic-types like Hypno and Grumpig, especially the latter since it usually has Thick Fat. The Fighting move is generally for Steel-types and Pokemon like Sharpedo that can take all your other attacks. Focus Blast obviously has the greater power and secondary effect, but due to its rather poor accuracy Hidden Power Fighting is an option.
If you use this set, it’s advised that you play extremely carefully. Firing off Psychic randomly can put you in a world of trouble if a Dark-type with Pursuit switches in, such as Absol.

UTILITY


Miltank is one of the most sturdy Pokémon in existence, and learns plenty of great moves to support her team. Heal Bell is a rare move, and Miltank is one of its bulkiest users, so she has few problems ridding herself and her team of status afflictions. Milk Drink is her signature move, and instant recovery is a massive boost to any defensive Pokemon. Stealth Rock is a fantastic move, although it can be replaced with Hammer Arm or Earthquake if you don't want to invite various Steel and Rock-types to switch in. Body Slam is preferred over Return as it can provide Paralysis support, which is generally more useful than an extra 17 base power.
The choice of ability is tough. Thick Fat gives you resistances to the common Fire and Ice attacks, but Scrappy is really helpful for Gengar and Mismagius.

His typing may not provide much in the way of useful resistances, but Armaldo does have a few moves he can use to support his team mates. He can set up Stealth Rock, Knock Off items or spin away spiking moves, all of which are valuable assets to have on your side. Rock Blast is suggested over Stone Edge as it can break Substitutes (and destroy Ninjask), so it is more in-keeping with the supportive nature of this set. Armaldo can make a decent Rapid Spinner on a team lacking Starmie or Forretress—just be sure to do your best to keep him alive, since he is weak to Stealth Rock.
Toxic helps Armaldo deal with Dusknoir and Spiritomb, who will block his attempts to use Rapid Spin
