Description: for when we eventually have rain

Pokemon: Dustox
Type-changing Move: Moth Bomb

Name: Moth Bomb
Power: 130
Accuracy: 90%
PP: 5/8
Category: Special
Type:

Effect: Uses the user’s Special Defense for damage calculation. Reduce user’s Special Defense by one stage on hit.
Priority: 0
Flags: Protect, Ballistic
Mask Name: Golden Mask
New Type: Bug/Steel
Moth Bomb + Tera Type
: Steel
New Ability
: Contrary
Ability when Tera'd: Good as Gold
Description: While Good as Gold is a borked Ability, this time it’s on a Pokémon with low BST, and only if Terastalized. Meanwhile, Bug / Steel is a great defensive typing, and can use it’s average Special Defense to good use by using Steel Moth Bomb, making it both a special wall and special wallbreaker at once if it is allowed to attack. Once Tera’d, it will block any incoming status moves, but it won’t block Rapid Spin (thankfully) and it’s low physically defensive bulk can still pose an issue for it.

:sv/Kleavor:
Pokemon: Kleavor
Type-changing Move: Stone Axe
Replaced Type: Bug
Metagame Justification: Rock Type, Stealth Rock setter, set-up sweeper.

Mask Name: Arrowedge Mask
New Type: Flying/Rock
New Ability: Defiant
Ability when Tera'd: Sharpness
Description: The Arrowedge Mask makes Kleavor a Flying/Rock type and gives it Defiant, a combination which gives it an excellent STAB coverage along with an ability great for countering attempts to slow it down. Terastallizing reduces its potential defensive weaknesses while letting it hit harder with added Flying Stab and Sharpness, which affects the majority of Kleavor's notable flying-type moves, including Aerial Ace and its type-changed signature Stone Axe. Arrowedge Mask Kleavor likely functions similarly to a slower but more versatile version of Choice Band/Scarf Kleavor, a fast, agressive pokemon capable of attacking and setting up Stealth Rocks, or could be a setup sweeper with things like Swords Dance.

Mask Name: Galenahead Mask
New Type: Poison/Rock
New Ability: Earth Eater
Ability when Tera'd: Levitate
Description: The Galenahead Mask gives Kleavor a much better defensive typing, especially since to both Earth Eater and Levitate making the pokemon immune to what would otherwise be its main weakness, ground. This better typing on the defensive side makes Galenahead Kleavor a very good setup sweeper with Swords Dance and a potentially interesting pivot due to being able to remove toxic spikes thanks to its typing and set up stealth rock with Stone Axe.

Mask Name: Expertblade Mask
New Type: Normal/Rock
New Ability: Tinted Lens
Ability when Tera'd: Normalize
Description: The Expertblade Mask makes Kleavor the first Normal/Rock type in Pokemon history, able to hit for Neutral STAB damage for any type except Steel. Tinted Lens helps boost up its coverage types Bug and Fighting against resistant types, with moves like X-Scissor and Close Combat being potentially appealing options. When Kleavor terastallizes, it loses tinted lens for normalize, weakening its effectiveness against Rock, Steel, and especially Ghost types in exchange for one of the most terrifying attack boosts in pokemon history: Normal STAB + Tera Normal STAB + Normalize, which gives all of Expertblade's moves a 2.25x damage multiplier. Expertblade, like normal Kleavor, is excellent for setting up Stealth Rocks while being agressive, with tinted lens and normalize making it able to take on many different roles at different times throughout the match.

:sm/drapion:
Pokemon: Drapion
Type-changing Move: Double Dose* - Poison-type Dragon Darts clone, each hit has a 20% chance to poison the foe.
Metagame Justification: Hazard Setter, Physical Wall, Mixed Wall, Setup Sweeper
Description: Adds Dark-type for type diversity + a check to some of the Gardevoirs and base Delphox, as well as being a decent setup mon with Swords Dance, hazard setter with TSpikes, and fills a massive gap in Speed tiers by being base 95, since we have a hole between 80 (Gardevoir) and 104 (Delphox).
Mask Name: Dragonblade Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Rough Skin
Ability when Tera'd: Stakeout
Metagame Justification: Setup Sweeper, Wallbreaker
Description: Mainly a setup sweeper that can annoy most of the Emboars and Arbolivas and chipping any physical attacker, namely a Swampert trying to pivot with Flip Turn, while being a very strong but prediction reliant wallbreaker when Tera'd. Hates the amount of Fairies and Ices we have in the tier already, though.

Mask Name: Hydroscythe Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Filter
Ability when Tera'd: Merciless
Metagame Justification: Setup Sweeper, Wallbreaker, Mixed Wall
Description: Gives us our first offensive Water that still packs a good amount of defensive utility thanks to Water being great and Filter weakening non-STAB coverage moves, can take on the Masked Gardevoirs, Burrowing Corv, base Delphox, and 2/4 Emboars. Hates both Chesnaught forms, though.

Mask Name: Wispaxe Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Prankster
Ability when Tera'd: Defiant
Metagame Justification: Setup Sweeper, Wallbreaker, Hazard Setter
Description: TSpikes setter that can spinblock for itself (at least, once we get a spinner lol) while being able to Tera into a Defog-deterrent. Doesn't have too much utility to abuse Prankster with, but Prankster Taunt is always useful, it can cripple faster foes with Toxic, and you can get gimmicky with Acupressure.

:sm/starmie:
Pokemon: Starmie
Type-changing Move: Psychic
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover, Wallbreaker
Description: Adds a nice offensive Spinner, another fast mon, and another pivot, really ups the pace of the battle in a meta with mostly bulky mons so far.
Mask Name: Mercurystar Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Sand Force
Ability when Tera'd: Berserk
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover
Description: Water/Rock coverage goes pretty hard right now, being unresisted outside of Chesnaught-A, letting Starmie really put a number on the opposing team with or without Tera, at the cost of a poor defensive typing. Berserk in Tera pairs super well with Recover.

Mask Name: Neptunestar Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Cursed Body
Ability when Tera'd: Super Luck
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover
Description: water gengar

Mask Name: Earthstar Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Compound Eyes
Ability when Tera'd: Adaptability
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover
Description: awful typing, but that tera bug 2.25x boost bug buzz is gonna do stupid + compound eyes is great pre-tera for hydro pump, thunder, and blizzard

:sm/flygon:
Pokemon: Flygon
Type-changing Move: Bulldoze
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover, Setup Sweeper
Description: Adds a ton of roles to the metagame, being a sweeper, pivot, wallbreaker, hazard remover, even a wall if you really need it to.
Mask Name: Lionheart Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Tinted Lens
Ability when Tera'd: Compound Eyes
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Wallbreaker
Description: WIP (lokix at home, balanced by being forced into an item that does nothing unless you Tera, which gives you a much worse ability. also, corviknight)

Mask Name: Cicadasong Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Technician
Ability when Tera'd: Liquid Voice
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover, Setup Sweeper, Wallbreaker
Description: WIP (dragapult at home, and also probably the only mon so far with a legitimate reason to run Tera Blast lol)

Mask Name: Beetlestone Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Intimidate
Ability when Tera'd: Analytic
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover

New Ability: Iron Barbs
Ability when Tera'd: Toro Bravo (its moxie for speed)
Metagame Justification: Wallbreaker, Sweeper, fast physical mon we somehow don't have
Description: punish hits on base with Iron Barbs and tera to sweep up with Bulk Up and Toro Bravo. this whole thing is a psychonauts reference so that's why it has iron barbs and it's called the velvetopia mask i swear it makes sense

skeledirge
move changing : torch song
monstruous mask
new type: bug/ghost
new ability : alebrije (when use a move that it doesn't have the type , change fist type into second type, change second type into the type of the move used)

and then if u use overheat turn 2 u become a fire/normal type

Pokemon: Houndoom
Type-changing Move: Flamethrower

Mask Name: Diamond-Dog Mask
New Type: Dark/Rock
New Ability: Rocky Payload
Ability when Tera'd: Earth Eater
Metagame Justification: Set Up Sweeper (Nasty Plot)
Description: Rocky Payload gives it power on Flamethrower, Earth Eater gives it an inkling of defensive capability.

Mask Name: Styx Mask
New Type: Dark/Water
New Ability: Torrent
Ability when Tera'd: Drizzle
Metagame Justification: Set Up Sweeper (Nasty Plot), Rain Setter
Description: another weather mask into the fold
Diamond-Dog can deal huge damage with STAB + Rocky Payload-boosted Flamethrower, and thats without counting any NP boosts, which would make it insanely strong, change Rocky Payload to other ability
Styx is also way too strong when Tera'd, as STAB + Tera + Drizzle-boosted Flamethrower deals huge damage, and again, without counting NP boosts, change Drizzle to other ability
:sm/starmie:
Pokemon: Starmie
Type-changing Move: Psychic

Mask Name: Neptunestar Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Multiscale
Ability when Tera'd: Super Luck
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover
Description: Adds another Flying-type, making it worse at Spinning (though being immune to the Spikes and TSpikes we'll likely eventually have is nice), but Water/Flying coverage is typically great, further boosted by Aerilate when Tera'd

Mask Name: Earthstar Mask
New Type:

New Ability: Compound Eyes
Ability when Tera'd: Mind's Eye
Metagame Justification: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Remover
Description: People love their unblockable Rapid Spins, but you have to earn it but committing your Tera, which feels a lot more fair in my opinion. Pre-Tera, you're a pretty strong offensive pivot like the other forms, getting to click Blizzard, Thunder, and Hydro for free with Compound Eyes.
Both Neptunestar and Earthstar would be vetoed, as they are not Ghost, Rock, Bug, or Dark type, change the types the masks change Starmie to, to any of the mentioned before
skeledirge
move changing : torch song
monstruous mask
new type: fairy/ghost
new ability : regenerator
ability when tera'd : multiscale
Very strong with Fairy/Ghost typing, and tools like Regen and Fairy-type Torch Song, Regen also has synergy with Multiscale so it can deal damage early to mid-game, switch in and out to heal up during a match, and late-game it can Tera at full health, and easily sweep with Torch Song, change both Regen and Multiscale to something else, also, we have a format you can copypaste to organize your subs!

Yall have 24 hours to apply these changes!

Drapion masks and Flygon masks by Yoshiblaze!

:Drifblim:
Pokemon: Drifblim
Type-changing Move: Secure Landing
Flying/Stat/-/-/10 (16)/Healing
User restores 50% max HP, loses typing Shared by This Move for that turn.

I know it looks bad as a status move, but this was the only way to give it reliable recovery outside of Strength Sap. Distinct from roost as it removes the shared type, not just flying. Didn’t give it roost because i didn’t want to change the mechanics of roost.

Mask Name: Hot-Headed Mask
New Type: Ghost/Fire
New Ability:
Magic Guard
Ability when Tera'd: Hot-Headed
Takes half damage from physical attacks, but takes double from fire-type attacks
Fluffy is Contact: I didn’t want this thing just perishing to Non-Contact physical moves. It is similar to fluffy in the weak to fire mechanic, but is closer to Fur Coat in terms of the defense mechanic itself.
Metagame Justification: Physical Wall.
Description: Overheated Hot-air balloon. The mask portrays more than just displeasure, displaying visceral rage
Mask Name: Calmed Mask
New Type: Ghost/Water
New Ability:
Wind Rider
Ability when Tera'd: Calm Demeanor
Takes half damage from Special attacks, but Double from Ice-type
Metagame Justification: Special Wall.
Description: A nice Hot-air balloon ride, riding along with the wind. The mask looks very content.
Mask Name: Noxious Mask
New Type: Ghost/Poison
New Ability:
Levitate
Ability when Tera'd: Aroma Veil
Metagame Justification: Generally Weaker Taunt-Immune Wall/Status Spreader.
Description: Noxious Fumes pour out from the mask.

Should still respect Tera’s mechanic of always being that type (E.G. Secure Landing should only remove Noxious Mask’s poison typing when Not Terastalized)

As always, yall have time to discuss the winners while we prepare the next slate!

I am Honored. Sorry for not voting, I couldn’t decide:sobble:
:drapion:
New move literally becomes better dragon darts lmfao. Dragon/Dark seems like a cool typing, and the inability to hit fairies is circumvented by it’s usual poison stab.
Seems really interesting with filter, as well as the potential to get really threatening with merciless and double dose’s 36% poison chance. Water/Dark doesn’t scream “defensive” but it doesn’t scream “weak” either.
Ghost/Dark is and always will be an amazing defensive typing. No longer being stuck with Spiritomb or Sableye, Drapion’s much stronger stats should prove impressive with Ghost/Dark, and fairies yet again hate its slew of poison moves. Prankster also makes this mon incredibly disruptive with toxic, excited to see how this fairs!

:flygon:
Thank Arceus this thing has tinted lens, otherwise this things breaking capabilities would have been severely hampered. Bulldoze is not amazing, but thankfully Flygon has a ton of other bug moves. STAB U-Turn goes crazy.
HOLY [TRAPINCH] ACTUALLY GOOD STAB
90 BP Ghost STAB that lowers the opponents speed? Already strong. Dragon Dance on top of that? Oh yeah, this thing can absolutely spiral. Thankfully it just HATES Sucker Punch, and its fairly weak 100/80/100 offenses makes it easier to stop as a setup sweeper. Definitely a cool one for sure.
Seems really neat. Analytic is (imo) kind of a pointless tera but intimidate is really strong. More neutral on this however, guess we’ll have to wait and see.
:drifblim:
[ALL]
Idk, whoever made these probably can’t pull anyone.

[*Will update this with my opinion on FourEyesAIsFish’s Kleavor later*]
