If this were a physical attacker with Rock Head, that would be a serious problem.

Huge Power isn't so bad when it's going to be using recoil moves like Wood Hammer, Flare Blitz, Head Smash, etc. I don't think kamikazing yourself to destroy your counters isn't the best idea.

Huge Power is a big, big boost. With a +nature and max investment, we're giving our Pokemon 524 attack. That's higher than any other Pokemon in existence right now, including Deoxys-A, Rampardos, Groudon, etc.

Regarding how much Sp Atk investment a DD set would have to make to handle Gliscor and Gyara with Hidden Power...I think it'd need about 200 sp atk EV's and LO to OHKO Gliscor (SDcario is just shy of a 1HKO on Glisc with 266 sp atk, LO included). Gyarados needs +nature, 160 sp atk EV's, and LO for you to OHKO with HP Electric. So, in other words, HP to get rid of those two is a pretty bad option since you need a ton of investment to make in worthwhile.

His physical isn't that much lower than his special. It would still be a problem due to BP.

As far as abilities go, I actually don't want it to be that dependent on the sun. Something that would restore his health in the sun could be nice for a SIDE ability, but Sunny Day takes up a moveslot and he shouldn't have to suffer from the common 4-slot syndrome.

Especially considering:

Adamant, 262 Atk Woodman's Life Orb, once-Dragon Danced Wood Hammer on a 354HP/383Def (max/max) Impish Gliscor: 48-57%

Adamant, 262 Atk Woodman's Life Orb, once-Dragon Danced, Intimidated Wood Hammer on a 385HP/238Def (max/fair) Adamant Gyarados: 48-56%

is enough damage to really forego any Hidden Power since neither one is getting through base 120HP/105Def very easily. (This is without Huge Power and Rock Head may or may not be decided on but wouldn't change Wood Hammer being awesome on a DD "Woodman".)
