There are RU and NU Pokemon that you can write for. However, please don't just try to do them because you want to do an analysis. If you write one on a lower tier Pokemon, make it a Pokemon that you are experienced and that you think is viable.

Everything in RU/NU is open. Just post the skeleton and if QC thinks it's viable, they'll let you do it :]

Just letting people know, if you want something to be QC checked don't be afraid to bump it up the list or VM one of the QC members about checking it (although you can't expect everyone to get around to it extremely quickly), we are only human (contrary to popular belief) so we can miss a few analyses here and there. Thanks :]
