First time writing an analysis, so go easy on me if I mess up.

Overview
########
  • Incredible bulk
  • Fantastic support options: reflect, light screen, memento, thunder wave, and stealth rock.
  • Decent Speed
  • immunity to Ground-type moves
  • low offensive presence
  • vulnerable to taunt
  • lack of recovery
  • faces competition with the many other psychic-types in the tier such as Cresselia and Azelf

Utility
########
name: Utility
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Thunder Wave / Yawn
move 3: U-turn
move 4: Psychic
ability: Levitate
item: Leftovers
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
nature: Bold

Moves
========
  1. Stealth Rock lets Uxie lay entry hazards, and it finds it very easy thanks to its bulk
  2. Thunder Wave is the preferred choice, crippling many Pokemon.
  3. However Yawn can be used to put an opponent to sleep, though it uses two turns.
  4. U-turn lets Uxie keep momentum and lets it escape dangerous threats such as Honchkrow and Hydreigon.
  5. Psychic is the STAB attack, and hits decently hard.

Set Details
========

  • Leftovers increase Uxie's durability
  • The EVs maximizes Uxie's bulk so it can take physical hits better.
  • Bold nature further increases Uxie's lifespan.
  • Levitate is Uxie's only ability, and gives it a Ground immunity.

Usage Tips
========

  1. Use Thunder Wave often to cripple many Pokemon.
  2. If you are using Yawn, using it to force switches is a good idea.
  3. Use U-turn to escape Pokemon Uxie can't touch such as Steel- and Dark-types.
  4. Switching into Ground-type moves for a teammate is also a good idea as Uxie has the Levitate ability, so it is immune to them.

Team Options
========

  • A Rapid Spin user such as Forretress or a Defog user such as Crobat make good partners because Uxie will be taking a lot of residual damage.
  • Clerics such as Umbreon and Florges make good partners because they can use Wish to heal Uxie because it has no reliable recovery as well as using Heal Bell to cure status for the team.
  • Slower sweepers such as Scrafty and Heracross make good partners because they appreciate Thunder Wave support.
  • Dark- and Fighting-types such as Hydreigon and Mienshao make great partners because they can remove Pokemon Uxie has trouble with and they both have great synergy.

Dual Screens
########
name: Dual Screens
move 1: Reflect
move 2: Light Screen
move 3: Stealth Rock / Psychic
move 4: Memento / U-turn
ability: Levitate
item: Light Clay
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
nature: Bold

Moves
========

  1. Reflect and Light Screen are the most important moves, respectively halving physically and specially based moves.
  2. Stealth Rock lets Uxie set up hazards.
  3. Psychic is the STAB attack, and prevents Uxie from being total setup bait
  4. Memento is the preferred move, halving the foe's offensive stats harshly, though if you misplay, Uxie is lost.
  5. However, U-turn can be used to provide momentum for the team and allows it to get a set up sweeper safely in.

Set Details
========
  • The ability Levitate gives Uxie an immunity to Ground-type attacks
  • Light Clay increases the duration of Light Screen and Reflect
  • The EV spread makes Uxie very hard to take down.
  • A Bold nature is used to further increase Uxie's bulk.

Usage Tips
========

  • Use the respective screen when facing an opponent. For example, if Uxie is matched up with a physical attacker, use Reflect.
  • Use Memento or U-turn right after you set up both screens to allow a set up sweeper to come in, or if the opponent tries to set up on you.
  • Use Uxie as a lead because it rarely OHKOed.
  • Don't get Uxie taunted as it makes it useless.

Team Options
========

  • Setup sweepers such as Kingdra and Houndoom make good partners because they appreciate the dual screen support.
  • Uxie fits onto (hyper) offensive teams easily thanks to its many support options it can offer.

Other Options
########

  • Substitute + Calm Mind can be used, however is outclassed by Cresselia which has better coverage, bulk, and reliable recovery.
  • Magic Coat can be used to deflect moves such as Taunt
  • Sunny Day and Rain Dance can be used, but have little use outside of that.
  • Grass Knot, Charge Beam, and Shadow Ball can be used, however they provide poor coverage.
  • Trick
  • Heal Bell
  • Safeguard

Checks & Counters

  • Steel-types
  • Taunt

add defog on the counters section, as it basically renders uxie's efforts useless, and tbh uxie doesnt require spin support, so you can remove it from the team options section. also, you should probably work more on the counters section, it's kinda shallow

I'm surprised Trick Room isn't at least being mentioned here. Uxie is one of the few GOOD Pokemon with the combination of Trick Room and U-turn, and further augments this niche with Stealth Rock and Yawn and other attacks. In my opinion, it deserves a little more mention than, say, Safeguard. I also question Psychic being a single option in one moveslot on the Utility set; it's really a matter of preference, but since it's a utility mon, it shouldn't really waste its time throwing a weak and coverage-deficient move, especially since it can throw around Yawns against important Pokemon such as Hydreigon, Umbreon, and other Pokemon with recovery.
