I would like to nominate Komala for A-. Though it gets beat by Alolan Ursaring, it can easily bonk the dominating forces in the metagame with its trusty log! Additionally, a trapping technique can be used by trainers to tempt the opposing Pokemon to steal or knock away the Komala's log, which results in thrashing about from Komala.

Nominating Digital Ursaring for A+ Tier. This menace has been out of the running for a while, but with recent shifts, it seems to be a good check to Ursa-One-Ring and has silently attained a good place in the meta. Being a Vaccine-type Ursaring, it's one of a kind and has access to completely unprecedented resistances. The only thing holding it back is a poor movepool; Hearts Attack, Hug, Silent Bear Hug, Bang Bang Punch and Love Song are all it has. In addition, its Mega form, Waru Digital Ursaring, gives it potential to sweep while giving it three new moves; Heart Break Attack, Bear Claw and Nasty Step.

Nominating Ursa for B-Tier:
Ursa is like an Usaring, but it lacks the ring. Not having the ring actually makes it weaker than regular Usaring due to the powers the ring grants. This makes Ursa a less-effective choice for the team overall, but with specific niches that make it viable. Gets bonus points for actually looking like an Usaring.
Nominating Ring for C-tier:
Ring has one small niche; allowing other options to gain its power. Ring is absolutely useless on its own and while provides immensive team support, it is weak itself and requires team support itself. As a result, Ring only fits on certain teams.
