[OVERVIEW]
Tsareena is unique because it's the only viable spinner in the RU metagame, boasting a strong STAB move in Power Whip as well as Knock Off, which helps punish Ghost-types, which can attempt to block Rapid Spin, while High Jump Kick rounds up its coverage to hit Pokemon such as Porygon2 and Umbreon super effectively. In addition, Queenly Majesty makes Tsareena immune to priority moves, letting it serve as an offensive check to Mega Abomasnow and Honchkrow if it uses High Jump Kick, as well as Decidueye and Linoone. Tsareena's Speed puts it above base 70s such as Honchkrow and Decidueye, but it's still slower than Feraligatr, Necrozma, and Nidoqueen, all of which can severely hurt Tsareena or KO it. Lastly, it competes with Roserade and Shaymin as an offensive Grass-type wallbreaker but has the niche of being a Rapid Spin user.

Moves
========
Rapid Spin is the main reason to use Tsareena, so it's a staple on this set. STAB Power Whip packs a stupendously strong punch that hurts everything that doesn't resist it. Knock Off is a good coverage move for a Rapid Spinner to have, letting it hit Doublade and Hoopa while crippling Pokemon that rely on their items heavily, such as Gligar and Porygon2. Synthesis provides Tsareena with longevity, allowing it to check Milotic throughout the match and stay healthy to spin multiple times. However, High Jump Kick can be used in the last slot to give Tsareena more coverage and hit Porygon2, Mega Abomasnow, and Umbreon super effectively.
Set Details
========
The EV spread is simple with maximum Attack and Speed investment. Meadow Plate boosts Power Whip's power without drawbacks, while Life Orb boosts the power of all of Tsareena's moves and allows it to function as more of a wallbreaker, especially with an Adamant nature. A Jolly nature can be used at the expense of some firepower to outspeed maximum Speed Hoopa, Honchkrow, and Decidueye, but the drop in power is noticeable especially versus Pokemon such as Gligar, which can be KOed by Knock Off + Power Whip with a bit of prior damage, provided Tsareena is running an Adamant nature and Life Orb. Queenly Majesty is the only viable ability Tsareena has, as it blocks priority from the likes of Mega Abomasnow, Zygarde-10%, Linoone, and Honchkrow.
Usage Tips
========
Tsareena should primarily be used to spin away hazards for teammates such as Yanmega, Moltres, and Salazzle. In addition to this, it can also work as a wallbreaker if its using Life Orb along with having Adamant nature, with its powerful STAB and coverage moves. It's generally always preferred to use Knock Off first if the opponent has a Ghost-type, and KO them first before spinning. When using High Jump Kick, be careful of Protect users, most notably Umbreon.
Team Options
========
Pokemon that are weak to Stealth Rock love having Tsareena as a partner. This includes Yanmega, Salazzle, Moltres, Glalie, and Araquanid. Milotic and Slowking both have good synergy with Tsareena, sponging Fire- and Ice-type attacks from the likes of Salazzle and Mega Glalie. Additionally, Qwilfish, as well as Mega Glalie, can be good teammates, as they can set up Spikes, and teams that rely on Spikes benefit from having a Rapid Spin user instead of a Defogger. For that same reason, Tsareena can fit on Sticky Web teams, with setters of the move being Ribombee and Araquanid. Choice Scarf users such as Flygon and Gardevoir can pair decently with Tsareena, as they both are able to revenge kill Feraligatr, which Tsareena struggles against. Finally, Mega Steelix can set up Stealth Rock while serving as a decent check to Mega Glalie and Sneasel, which threaten Tsareena.

Other Options
=============
Even though Tsareena is pressed for moves, U-turn can be a good option if you wish to preserve momentum, as Tsareena can force some switches around such as against Milotic with its strong STAB move and Grass typing. Aromatherapy is also another option, letting Tsareena cure teammates' status ailments and acting as an offensive cleric. Choice Band is an option to maximize Tsareena's damage output, but overall, the luxury of switching between moves is preferred, and being locked into Rapid Spin can be exploited. Finally, a defensive set is viable on Tsareena with Trop Kick, Knock Off, Synthesis, and Rapid Spin, holding Leftovers, and utilizing a bulkier EV spread.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Faster Attackers**: Because of Tsareena's fairly low Speed, it can be KOed by Pokemon such as Nidoqueen, Salazzle, Yanmega, Moltres, and Glalie.
**Residual Damage**: If using Life Orb, residual damage from Stealth Rock, Toxic, and burn can rack up fairly quickly and Tsareena may be pressured.
**Fire-types**: Salazzle and Moltres both resist not only Power Whip, but High Jump Kick as well and can survive a Knock Off if Salazzle is holding a Z-Crystal. They can switch into Tsareena and threaten it out but must be careful to not take too much damage. Rotom-H can also check Tsareena, but it can take quite a bit from Knock Off or High Jump Kick.
**Grass-types**: Chesnaught can take on Tsareena with relative ease while having reliable recovery. Venusaur resists both Power Whip and High Jump Kick but has to be wary of Knock Off. Rotom-C can pack Will-O-Wisp to burn Tsareena, but other than that it has no real way to damage it and takes a lot of damage from its moves. Virizion can enjoy an Attack boost thanks to Justified from switching into Knock Off, but it also has to be wary of High Jump Kick or Power Whip doing a lot of damage.
**Steel-types**: Escavalier 4x resists Power Whip and can severely damage or OHKO Tsareena with its STAB moves. Mega Steelix can also take Power Whip fairly well while 2HKOing Tsareena with Heavy Slam. However, all of them have to be wary of switching into High Jump Kick, as Escavalier can be KOed if it's hit by Knock Off followed by High Jump Kick.
