Some nominations to spice things up :)
Rises
Mid -> High - Drampa fills the vacuum left from Eggy-A as the next best Dragon special wallbreaker. Its stab combination + Fire Blast makes it almost impossible to switch into and is definitely something that should be checked while teambuilding. Eggy leaving also made people ease on Dragon answers and Drampa definitely exploits those builds.
Mid -> High - Qwilfish has been a very splashable mon in this meta due to its plethora of good MUs vs stuff like Centiskorch, Cramorant, Kingler, Poliwrath, Basculin and other threats. Intimidate pivoting with Rocky Helmet also helps handle stuff like Kangaskhan, Cinccino and the Silvallies, and it gets several free turns by forcing those Physical Attackers out so it can support its team with Spikes and Thunder Wave. Overall, a pretty strong pick in this metagame
Mid -> High - Rotom-Fan excels as another really good Rotom in the meta due to its much better bulk than Rotom-base, making it a decent pivot and set-up sweeper in this metagame. The secondary STAB also gives it a pretty good matchup vs Pokemon such as Centiskorch, Gourgeist-Small, and other Grass-types like Thwackey and Flapple. Overall has a good core-set of resists while retaining the utility that Rotom-base has versus fighting-types.
Low -> Mid - I honestly don't know why this is in Low tbh (but I think I voted for it to be in low lol). Audino is a pretty solid specially defensive pivot that complements and provides Wish support to several other bulky Pokemon like Rhydon, Qwilfish, Cofagrigus, Wishiwash and so on. I don't really have much to add except that it is definitely very passive and can be exploited but it provides very good support in this metagame.
Low -> Mid - Good defensive utility for passive builds providing a check to several threats like Centiskorch, Accelgor, Magmortar, Poliwrath and so on..
Low -> Mid - Been using this guy a lot lately and honestly it's really damn scary. Swords Dance sets with Spin can become a pretty deadly wincon and utility sets with Spin+Rocks+Flip Turn are also pretty solid to gain momentum while trying to win the hazard game.
UR -> Low - Yes, Palpitough is back. This one was being discussed in the discord chat and after tests I can say this is pretty solid. Good mu vs several top threats like Basculin, Omastar, Turtonator, Wishiwashi, Magmortar, Magneton and so on gives this a pretty solid niche in balance as a bulky rocker (although it usually needs Wish support to function correctly). Overall worth checking and deserves to be mentioned in the VL.
UR -> Low - Kinda regret not using this earlier. It's pretty inconsistent but can easily pressure common hazard setters like Rhydon, Qwilfish, Miltank and Cofagrigus to get a free Defog on and still be a threatening Pokemon for bulky offensive builds. Access to Knock also makes it a pretty solid early game threat to remove Boots from would-be checks like Centiskorch and Altaria.
Drops
High -> Mid - As great as the Water immunity is here to help vs Basculin and Poliwrath, Jellicent struggles to succeed in this metagame as a defensive Pokemon since it is really easy to exploit with Pokemon such as Taunt Magmortar, Centiskorch, Sneasel, Skuntank, Silvally-Dark/Ghost, the Rotoms and even Kingler (which makes it not a great water immunity after all). Its hard to justify using Jellicent over something like Poliwrath unless you desperately need a spinblocker. I think this is more in line with Mid Pokemon that have several flaws but can still be effective with team support.
Mid -> Low/UR - Tried using this and honestly it's just so damn weak and doesn't break even the stuff it should be breaking. I don't understand why anyone would use it over SD Rapidash, Taunt Magmortar or Turtonator since those 3 are much scarier at the wallbreaking job. Fire/Grass/Ground coverage isn't as hot as it used to be with stuff like Centiskorch and Cramorant being very common and the low physical defense coupled with priority weakness to moves like Aqua Jet and Accelerock makes it even less reliable to clean.
Mid -> Low - Frost has way too much competition from the 2 more useful Rotom-forms. Boltbeam coverage is excellent offensively but doesnt make up for its terrible defensive typing and average speed. Very hard to justify in this metagame.
(water) Mid -> Low - Silvally-Water faces a lot of competition from better Silvally forms like Dark, Ghost, Dragon, Ground and Poison and is only used as the Silvally-that-checks-Sneasel-more-reliably. Sneasel has more splashable checks and Water although being useful defensively struggle to be as useful offensively as the other common Silvallies. Seems more in line with Fighting and Normal as very niche forms.
Mid -> Low - Grassy Terrain's inconsistency and competition from Flapple makes Trevenant less useful in this metagame. Rise of defensive Pokemon like Miltank hurt its viability and CB struggle to do its job well. Still a decent status absorber for offense though
Low -> UR - Not a ZU titan and idk why you'd run this over Aurorus or Vanilluxe as a hail setter. This thing has like 80 weaknesses and has way too much competiton on both grass and ice types.
Low -> UR - Why use this? This thing's coverage hardly makes up for the competition of better breakers, better scarfers or better Electric-types. I don't think I've seen this doing work at all.
