My opponent and I are in a little dilemma. We finally got our battle underway, and his computer was having problems, so halfway through, I won when he ran out of time. However, Shoddy let him continue for some reason, and pulled through in the end 1-0. So my question is:

Who wins?

Both me and Hawk battled, but my dial up screwed up and I lost to timeout (even though I picked my moves instantly). It said he won but we could still play on. I ended up winning 1-0 and we're both not sure if either of us deserve to take it? I have logs of both parts or w/e and who are they sent to?
