No. You will have to organize your wonder cards in the order you wich to receive them.
Go to Mistery gift and the option should be there.

Yeah. After he gives you one, he will ask you if you want to receive another mon. You can just say no.

Is 10% Power Construct Zygarde a thing that can work? New 10% Zygarde analysis were just uplodaded and it got me thinking.
I suppose it could take advantage of its higher Speed to pull off a Sub set to get into its Complete form more reliably, but a problem with that is that Zygarde Complete really doesn't like to spend its movepool on Substitute or its EVs on Speed.
That's sort of why 50% works better with Power Construct than 10%. Everything that benefits the 50% form benefits the 100% form, while the 10% form needs completely different moves and stats to excel than 100%.
But if I were to make a set for it, I'd try the following:
