IIRC, the calcs were based off 252 Attack against opponents of whatever nature makes most sense. The Hydro Pump calculations might have been done with Lonely, but the Swords Danced calcs are all correct.
Even with your calculations, you're only securing a few KOs that don't matter compared to the speed. Jolly lets you beat Gliscor, Zapdos and speed tie at worst with Salamence and other base 100's.
Tentacruel can pass the "Lucario" speed tier (basically Lucario and everything else that hates him) by going Jolly, but not Adamant.
