This is simple. Set up SR or attack if you want. if ur stuck against suicune in the late game, the evs will let u do 101.2 damage at least to break subs. This will work well if cune is poisoned, rest cune can be problamatic though...lum berry lets me kill yanmega's that want to make me sleep.

He stops gyrados, mence, and scizor dead in their tracks. With SR damage hidden power will nearly kill scizor and kill it 18% I believe. If scizor lives, he cannot even to 1/3 damage to metagross and life orb will kill him...
