Doesn't know how to attack
Regilectrik has Extreme Speed (Do I mean the stat or the move? Yes.) and learns Agility. I'm not surprised, but I have no words other than a deadpan overkill.

It's my turn to be salty... *sigh* Dragonite gets Body Press. It's like they're taunting Altaria with how much better they are. Altaria needed it much more than you did! Altaria has Cotton Guard!

Yep, with this Lele is extremely unlikely to live up to its hype, and Bulu is almost entirely outclassed as a terrain setter.
The Galarian birds not getting Roost is aggravating.

Isn't this kind of a good thing, in a way? Rising Voltage Koko and Expanding Force Lele were scaring people.

(They also curiously changed the level at which Groudon and Kyogre get their signature moves?)

Honestly? Thank fucking god. There's a reason they nerfed Terrain, giving those moves to them would be idiotic.
Audino gets Life Dew, which could be fun in doubles. Stakataka gets Body Press so that is cool.
At least drago can dd and body slam to try and hax. Eleki straight up cannot exist against grounds.
Weren't the Tapus confirmed moves via HOME though?
That was always tentative. TM info seems mostly accurate but I strongly suspect this is an intentional balancing decision.

Things change. Azumarill was slated to have High Horsepower before Isle of Armor.
Kartana surprisingly gets nothing. No grassy glide
Even so, they can always change things. Zapdos HA used to be Lightning Rod and Chandelure HA used to be Shadow Tag...both were in the code and then changed before they were ever released.
Poor Regieleki, it will be lucky to be UU. It's coverage is beyond terrible.
