Minor changes to be made I've noticed:
  • Sylveon is confirmed to be able to learn Baby-Doll Eyes, but Furfrou is currently listed as the only Pokemon that gets it under the moves section.
  • Mega Kangaskhan is listed as one of the Pokemon eligible for Pixilate, but no Pokemon currently known has that ability.
  • Tyrunt and Tyrantrum both have Strong Jaw, but no Pokemon are listed as having it in the abilities section.
  • Sylveon and Gardevoir have both been shown using Fairy Wind, but currently only Flabebe's family have been shown as eligible for the move.
  • The Pokemon listed as able to learn King's Shield is Florges instead of Aegislash.
  • Since Helioptile can learn Parabolic Charge, Heliolisk is able to as well.
  • Since Marill can learn Play-Around, Azumarill can as well.
  • Sylveon is able to learn Draining Kiss, but is not shown knowing it under the moves section.
  • Vivillon can learn Infestation, but is not shown knowing it under the moves section.

Everything should be right now. I'll hunt down some base stats now.
If any of you can link me to some screenshots of the stats of Pokemon missing base stats, that would be extremely helpful.

Ah, almost forgot; I ordered the Kalos Pokemon into National order, but I kept the region pokedex dividers as it seems like central pokemon are still first nationally, coastal are after central, and mountain after coastal. Harmless and should help people track down those Pokemon when the game is released.

Well to start off with, here's Chesnaught.

Also, apparently Kanpachi has obtained a Togepi and has said that it is now pure Fairy. <- That is the link I was given, but right now neogaf is apparently down, so it can't be checked.

EDIT: I'm going to add a few more stat pages as I find them.

I believe this is accurate but I would like someone else to double check.

Mega Blastoise:

HP: 79
Attack: Around 105
Defense: Around 120
Special Attack: Around 135
Special Defense: Around 115
Speed: 78

Regular Blastoise ingame stats:

Same Blastoise turned into Mega Blastoise:

Did rough base stat estimates for Dragalge. Pretty sure I calculated right but someone can check if they want. This is assuming Naughty Nature, which is what it appears to be based on the stats page.

HP: 63 - 79
Atk: 77 - 93
Def: 82 - 97
SpA: 85 - 100
SpD: 123 - 139
Spe: 54 - 69

Hi! i double checked for you, and if those pics are from the same battle (same iv and ev) then the stats are like this:
HP: Most likely 79, with
20% chances of being 78
60% chances of being 79
20% chances of being 80

Atk:
50% chances of being 102
50% chances of being 103

Def:
50% chances of being 119
50% chances of being 120

SpA: Most likely 135, with
22% chances of being 133
33% chances of being 134
55% chances of being 135
11% chances of being 136

SpD: Most likely 115, with
33% chances of being 114
66% chances of being 115

Spe: Most likely 78, with
20% chances of being 77
60% chances of being 78
20% chances of being 79

The chances were calculated solely based on the possible IVs+EVs combinations without taking into account anything else (like normal blastoise stats or any other pattern they could follow)

Taking into account normal Blastoise' stats it'll be:

79 HP (normal: 79)
103 Atk (normal: 83)
120 Def (normal: 100)
135 SpA (normal: 85)
115 SpD (normal: 105)
78 Speed (normal: 78)

My estimations for Talonflame:
HP: 70
Atk: 80
Def: 65
SpA: 80
SpD: 60
Spe: 115

definitely need someone to double check because I'm sorta new to this.

I got 70/80/70/80/70/130 but I gave it 20-30 EVs worth of leeway to each stat so some stats may be slightly higher than listed. It had a quiet nature, so that's probably why your speed stat was a little low, hexatron.

Ah that makes sense. For my calcs I gave it 16 IVs and 30 EVs across the board. How did you know it was Quiet Natured, though?

If the stat is colored blue, it's lowered by its nature. Red means it's raised.

I'm calcing some other stats right now. I'll update the OP when I'm finished
Diggersby 75/60/70/45/70/90
Vivillion 80/50/50/100/50/100 Compound Eyes
Malamar 75/70/90/60/60/60 Very unsure here as the picture was very blurry. I don't want to spread misinformation, so this one won't be on the OP.
Heliolisk 60/65/50/120/100/120
Klefki 50/80/90/80/80/70
Noivern 90/60/80-90/90/80-90/130 No nature was given so any stat could be a few more or less.
Yveltal 125-130/135-140/90/130-140/90/95-105 No nature was give so same deal as Noivern.

Edit: Updated!

I was getting something like this, with around 40 EVs, since he's had it for about 5 gyms' worth of training.
HP: 75
Atk: 80
Def: 65
SAt: 70
SDf: 65
Spd: 130
You can tell it's quiet natured because the text for special attack is red and the text for speed is blue.

I know I screwed this up really badly (hopefully someone can double check) but this is what I got when looking for Chesnaught's base stats. (Assuming 15 IVs and 40 EVs for this calculation and then rounding the base stat to the nearest 5)

HP: Around 90
Atk: Around 100
Def: Around 120
SAtk: Around 80
SDef: Around 80
Speed: Around 70

Though that gives a BST of 540, while most starters have BST of 530 with the highest being 535 (Swampert) so most likely it's going to be lower than this.

Also, quick question: is there a reason Mega Charizard Y and Mega Charizard X have the same base stats? I thought only Mega Charizard X's stats were leaked.

Because I copy-pasted X to create Y's entry but forgot to delete the stats. Fixed now.

I'll take a stab at Chesnaught's stats in a sec.

Edit: I'm looking at about...the same as voice of reason, actually:
90/100/120/80/70/70 seems to fit the bill.
