Choice Specs Magearna is quite possibly the most potent wallbreaker in OU. Fleur Cannon's tremendous power and stellar Special Attack make Magearna a devastating nuke. Most of the Steel-types that resist Fleur Cannon, such as Excadrill, Ferrothorn, and Magnezone, are nailed by Aura Sphere. Magearna can garner momentum for its teammates by using Volt Switch to pivot out of switch-ins to its other two attacks, such as Amoonguss and Toxapex, and Volt Switch deals significant damage to the latter in the process. Finally, Magearna is able to cripple passive Pokemon like Chansey, which are otherwise solid checks to it, by using Trick to pass them its Choice Specs. The given EV spread allows Magearna to survive a Focus Blast from +2 Life Orb Alakazam, making it a decent check while outspeeding Azumarill. Magearna can be revenge killed by threats like Cinderace and Excadrill, so Slowbro is a great partner, as it can come in on these threats and can bring in Magearna safely with Teleport.

Choice Specs Magearna is quite possibly the single most potent wallbreaker in OU. Fleur Cannon's tremendous power combined with Magearna's stellar Special Attack stat makes it a devestating nuke. Most of the Steel-types that resist it, such as Excadrill, Ferrothorn, and Magnezone, are nailed by Aura Sphere. Volt Switch allows Magearna to garner momentum for its teammates, while simultaneously dealing significant damage to Toxapex and Corviknight. I think that this needs to be stressed more. Volt Switch plays a big part in why Choice Specs Magearna is so great. There's really no Fairy-resistant Pokemon that can reliably switch into it, as it can simply pivot out. Finally, Magearna is able to cripple passive Pokemon like Chansey and Amoonguss, which are solid switch-ins to the aforementioned moves, by using Trick to pass them its Choice Specs. Amoonguss isn't a good example. You really don't want to be stuck with a Black Sludge. The given EV spread allows it to survive a Nasty Plot-boosted Focus Blast from Life Orb Alakazam, making it a decent check to it, while outspeeding Azumarill, with the rest of the EVs invested into Special Attack with a Modest nature to make its attacks as deadly as possible. This doesn't really add anything of value and you're already over the character limit. Magearna can be revenge killed by threats like Cinderace and Excadrill, making Slowbro a great partner to it, as it can come in on these threats as well as bring in Magearna safely with Teleport. Additionally, Magearna isn't very fast, so speed control from faster Pokemon like Dragapult and Zeraora is also appreciated. Isn't really important.

Great job, 1/1. This should bring you much closer to the character limit. Make sure to include a replay that showcases Choice Specs Magearna.
