need some help with connecting

I can't do anything. I click look for a battle or watch a battle and it just says connecting or loading without achieving anything. I deleted my cookies and reset my internet and that didn't help. I tried it on my phone and another browser but nothing helps. I then went to the help chat room but it says my message wasn't sent because I was typing to fast. I made a new account and connect and battle without a problem. what is wrong with my primary account?

Edit: oh I forgot to mention, open up another browser / incognito window of Chrome or else you wouldn't be able to PM me.
