Rejected Make Let's Go formats ladderable

(Note that only LGPE OU and LGPE Random Battles should get this treatment. the other LGPE formats should stay challenge only.)

Let's Go games are currently the only games that do not have representation on PS with a ladder. (only challenge-only formats) Considering the games have substantial changes from USUM and are only 1 year old, they could qualify to have their own ladders as well as each generation. (situations like Gen 6 in XY don't count for this.) Even lesser-played generations keep their OU and Random Battles ladders, yet LGPE is treated like an "official" Pet Mod instead.

Only official Smogon metagames are guaranteed representation. Let's Go is not even a main game but a side game, which is essentially an official Pet Mod as you say. Not even past gen VGC formats still have ladders. Heck, every past gen main tier from Ubers to PU would be ahead of Let's Go if past gen formats were considered for permanent ladders again.
