---INTRODUCTION---
Hey there, i'm simiatic. This is my first RMT on Smogon. Today, I will introduce you a team with which I managed to have the reqs while the suspect. I wanted to build a team around Tornadus-T + M-Lopunny.
---Teambuilding Process---
I started the team with Lopunny-M + Torna-T. It is a very good core because torna is there to weaken Clefable, Mew, Slowbro and Lopunny is there to clean in late game or just make a kill or two in the middle of the game.
Then, I decided to play Jirachi for Clefable, a solid dragon resist, completed the momentum with torn, etc. He's also my SR setter.
I was weak at Scarf Lando-T, M-Gyara, and Azumarill. So, I choose RH Tangrowth. This pokemon is a god !
Now, i wanted a Set-Up Sweeper able to weaken bulky pokemon like Hippowdon, RH Lando-T, Mew, Zapdos and others. Yache Berry is here for Zapdos and M-Manectric.
Finally, I choose Slowking because I'm so weak Keldeo and CM King + RH Tang is a solide defensive core.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Fake Out
- Quick Attack
I love this pokemon notably due to it's ability to Revenge kill a lot of pokemon. I have previously played Adamant Lop, so I replay it. Classic set, QA + Fake Out for double priority. The Evs is also classics. It is rare that it doesn't miss lol

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
Tornadus-T is a great pokemon. It puts the pressure to the Offenses and Balanced teams. Evs Maximize SpA and Spe, U-turn for the momentum. Heat Wave + Hurricane to pass Jirachi and Skarmory. HP Ice is here for Tankchomp, Gliscor and Lando-t, Pokemon capable of annoying Lopunny.

Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Healing Wish
I really like Spd Jira with the popularity of the type fairy. Iron Head to get a stab. SR because it's SR
U-turn for the momentum with Torn and HW to heal a weakened pokemon. It is mainly there for Clefable, Mega Altaria, Gardevoir Mega, Lati@s, etc.

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Slack Off
My Keldeo Counter ! Evs is there to take physical attackers like M-Metagross and M-Lopunny. The rest in SpD. Calm Nature to better hold Keldeo. I like Colbur Berry on this pokemon but Weavile or Bisharp can easily RK without this item. Scald because I appreciate the 30% burn ofc
es-tu Dumas ? (Garchomp) @ Yache Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
I just wanted a pokemon able to break défensives cores with SD what lopunny likes. the spread is very classic, full speed and atk. Jolly Nature to outspeed most pokemon possible. Finally, Yache Berry to place over Zapdos or others.

EVs: 244 HP / 216 Def / 48 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Best mon in ORAS imo. The Spread is there to take most possible Crawdaunt and Bisharp. HP Fire to make damages to Bisharp, Weavile and Scizor. Knock off for remove the item and Sleep Powder Is still useful. This godmon is aslo my Rotom-W check.

---Threats---
Fast Electrics Type like Manectric, Thundurus and Raikou are threats.
: Zard X and Y are big threats, I have not switch ins to Zard X and Garchomp is my only little check at zard Y.
: This pokemon is also a threat. Slowking has a chance to be 2HKO with HJK, the same for Tangrowth. I only can Revenge kill.
: No need to explain to you I think, I haven't switchs ins, just can win the 1vs1.
My switch in is Slowking and the SD Offensive Can make me very bad.
: Finally, these two wallbreakeurs Can make one kill with each entry
