[SET COMMENTS]
Hisuian Samurott establishes itself as a top-tier dedicated lead thanks to its signature move Ceaseless Edge, letting it threaten the opposition while reliably setting up layers of Spikes that bypass common entry hazard preventions such as Hatterene's Magic Bounce and Taunt from Deoxys-S and Landorus-T. It does so while still maintaining a decent offensive presence courtesy of its strong Sharpness-boosted STAB combination and a bevy of disruptive utility options. Though weaker, Aqua Cutter is a perfectly-accurate alternative over Razor Shell that notably ignores common contact effects like Landorus-T's Rocky Helmet, Heatran's Flame Body, and Zapdos's Static at the cost of potentially missing out on the 2HKO against Ting-Lu. Aqua Jet reliably picks off opposing Focus Sash leads like Deoxys-S, Glimmora, and Ribombee as well as targeting other faster Pokemon like Cinderace, Volcarona, and Great Tusk. Alternatively, Sucker Punch lets Hisuian Samurott hit faster Water-resistant Pokemon like Kyurem, Ogerpon-W, and Choice Specs Dragapult, the latter of which can be problematic in the offense mirror. Aside from being handy against bulky foes like Skarmory and Pelipper, Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots works extremely well with Spikes, making the likes of Alomomola, Dondozo, and Unaware Clefable susceptible to them, which is especially helpful because the latter two can trouble the hyper offense teams that Hisuian Samurott supports. Either Taunt or Encore prevents Hisuian Samurott from being used as setup fodder by the likes of Raging Bolt and Kingambit, and it messes with defensive foes like Clefable. More specifically, Taunt stops Gliscor, Ting-Lu, and Skarmory from setting hazards and prevents slower offensive threats like Dragonite and Adamant Gouging Fire from setting up. Alternatively, Encore is better at punishing naturally faster setup sweepers like Roaring Moon, Iron Defense Zamazenta, and Terastallized Volcarona looking for that one free turn of setup, and it can subsequently provide valuable switch-in and setup opportunities for an incoming teammate. Sacred Sword hits Roaring Moon, Meowscarada, and opposing Hisuian Samurott; cleanly OHKOes Weavile, Darkrai, and bulky Kingambit; dents Kyurem; and breaks IronPress Zamazenta's Substitute. Focus Sash guarantees at least one layer of Spikes can be set even against faster foes like Enamorus and Kyurem, as well as opposing leads like Ribombee. Tera Ghost is predominantly used to spinblock foes like Great Tusk and Iron Treads in a pinch.

Hisuian Samurott's ability to set the pace for its team early-game makes it a perfect fit on hyper offense teams. Setup sweepers like Kingambit, Roaring Moon, Gouging Fire, and Volcarona enjoy its Spikes putting foes into their KO range, especially against their checks like Great Tusk, Ting-Lu, and Heatran. Additionally, Gouging Fire can switch into and set up against Cinderace—which can use Court Change against Hisuian Samurott's Spikes—while Dragon Dance Roaring Moon and other Knock Off users like Bulk Up Great Tusk and Iron Valiant can remove Heavy-Duty Boots from Pokemon like Dondozo, Galarian Slowking, and Gholdengo to make them vulnerable to Spikes. If not going for Knock Off, Great Tusk can also provide entry hazard removal for the team with Rapid Spin, since Hisuian Samurott will trigger lead Glimmora's Toxic Debris twice; pairing Hisuian Samurott with a grounded offensive Poison-type like Iron Moth can also mitigate this issue. In addition to enjoying Spikes, the aforementioned Iron Valiant and other Pokemon like Deoxys-S and Choice Scarf Enamorus are potent late-game cleaners that can notably pressure Great Tusk, preventing it from ever entering the field to use Rapid Spin. Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult are valuable teammates to naturally spinblock foes like Great Tusk and Iron Treads; moreover, Gholdengo is adept at preventing other hazard removal attempts such as Corviknight's Defog and Glimmora's Mortal Spin, while Dragapult can deal with or revenge kill Zamazenta behind a Substitute, which uses Knock Off Hisuian Samurott as setup fodder. In return, they appreciate Spikes chipping down the likes of Kingambit, Ting-Lu, and Garganacl.

Though weaker, Aqua Cutter is a perfectly-accurate alternative that notably ignores common contact effects like Landorus-T's Rocky Helmet, Heatran's Flame Body, and Zapdos's Static at the cost of potentially missing out on the 2HKO against Ting-Lu. (Just a minor comment but Razor Shell isn't really referenced anywhere so it's not super clear you're talking about it imo, it's clear from the set ofc but yeah) Aqua Jet reliably picks off opposing leads like Deoxys-S, (Maybe mention Focus Sash? Not strictly necessary as all of these have Sash in the "Lead" dex entry but it clarifies how it's picking them off while also making it clear which Deo-S set is being referenced as Screens Deo can also lead) Glimmora, and Ribombee as well as targetting other faster Pokemon like Cinderace, Great Tusk, and Iron Treads, which can otherwise remove its Spikes with Court Change and Rapid Spin. Alternatively, Sucker Punch lets it hit faster Water-resistant Pokemon like Kyurem, Ogerpon-W, Barraskewda, and Choice Specs Dragapult, the latter two of which can be problematic in the offense mirror. Aside from crippling (Not sure if this is the right word for it as Skarm doesn't hate being Knocked) walls like Skarmory and Pelipper, (Wouldn't typically consider Pelipper a wall, though Knocking it off is nice) Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots works extremely well with its Spikes, making the likes of Dondozo and Alomomola susceptible to them. Either Taunt or Encore prevents Hisuian Samurott from being setup fodder by (prob should be "setup fodder for" / "used as setup fodder by") the likes of Raging Bolt and Kingambit, and it messes with defensive foes like Clefable and Terastallized Skeledirge. (Don't think the Tera'd Skeledirge interaction is too relevant for a lead Samu-H set) More specifically, Taunt stops Gliscor, Ting-Lu, and Skarmory's hazards from being set in the first place and shuts down slower offensive threats like Dragonite, Scizor, (Would either move Sciz to the end of this list or mention something else, it's not the most OU relevant right now) and Adamant Gouging Fire from setting up, while Encore is better at punishing naturally faster setup sweepers like Roaring Moon, Hawlucha, IronPress Zamazenta, (IronPress is fine but you could prob just call it Iron Defense Zamazenta here and later) and Terastallized Volcarona (These are all good but would maybe reorder these too with Hawlucha last, as it's the least relevant) looking for that one free turn of setup, subsequently providing valuable switchin and setup opportunities for an incoming teammate. Sacred Sword is another option to hit Roaring Moon, Meowscarada, and opposing Hisuian Samurott, cleanly OHKO Weavile, Darkrai, and bulky Kingambit, dent Kyurem and a boosted Archaludon, (Arch ban ^^) and break IronPress Zamazenta's Substitute. Focus Sash guarantees at least one layer of Spikes can be set even against faster foes like Enamorus, Kyurem, and especially opposing leads like Ribombee. Tera Ghost is predominantly used to spinblock foes like Great Tusk and Iron Treads in a pinch.

Additionally, Gouging Fire can switch into and use Cinderace as setup fodder—which can use Court Change against Hisuian Samurott's Spikes—while Roaring Moon and other Knock Off users like Great Tusk (This is prob fine but maybe worth noting DD Moon and BU Tusk in particular are the best sets for HO) and Iron Valiant can remove Heavy-Duty Boots from Pokemon like Dondozo, Galarian Slowking, and Gholdengo to make them vulnerable to Spikes, especially if Hisuian Samurott is not running Knock Off itself. In addition to enjoying Spikes, the aforementioned Iron Valiant and other Pokemon like Deoxys-S and Choice Scarf Enamorus are also potent late-game cleaners that can notably pressure and thus prevent Great Tusk from ever entering the field to use Rapid Spin. Ghost-types like Gholdengo and Dragapult are valuable teammates to naturally spinblock foes like Great Tusk and Iron Treads; moreover, Gholdengo is adept at preventing other hazard removal attempts such as Corviknight's Defog and Glimmora's Mortal Spin, while Infiltrator (Dex pult sets are all Infiltrator) Dragapult can slow down—and potentially revenge kill— (Could maybe just say deal with or revenge kill rather than slow down, as standard Boots Pult uses Wisp > Twave) Zamazenta behind a Substitute, which uses Knock Off Hisuian Samurott as setup fodder. In return, they appreciate Spikes chipping down the likes of Ting-Lu and Terastallized Garganacl. (Don't think you need to mention Terastallized Garg in particular - could also mention Kingambit here)

(This is a really small mention so not totally necessary but Samu-H puts up two layers of Tspike in the lead slot vs Glimmora, so mentioning a Poison-type teammate like Moth or some form of removal for HO and listing this as a good quality could be nice. Really not important though so yeah will leave this up to you and I wouldn't make this a big point, just a general idea when using lead Samu-H)

(I think just leaving it as faster Pokemon, less to removers, is fine. Ceaseless + Jet doesn't do enough to Tusk or Treads to actually block removal, so those using Ground move into Spin keeps Spikes off) Alternatively, Sucker Punch lets it hit faster Water-resistant Pokemon like Kyurem, Ogerpon-W, Barraskewda, and Choice Specs Dragapult, the latter two of which can be problematic in the offense mirror. (I don't really think a rain team would lead Skewda against lead Samurott when it would either either CC it and die or Flip Turn out (taking 65) and not really threaten it meaningfully when it needs HP late-game) Aside from being handy against bulky foes like Skarmory and Pelipper, Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots works extremely well with its Spikes, making the likes of Dondozo and Alomomola susceptible to them. (Specifying bulkier Pokemon that usually give HO trouble would be good) Either Taunt or Encore prevents Hisuian Samurott from being used as setup fodder by the likes of Raging Bolt and Kingambit, and it messes with defensive foes like Clefable. More specifically, Taunt stops Gliscor, Ting-Lu, and Skarmory's hazards from being set in the first place and shuts down slower offensive threats like Dragonite and Adamant Gouging Fire from setting up, while Encore is better at punishing naturally faster setup sweepers like Roaring Moon, Iron Defense Zamazenta, Terastallized Volcarona, and Hawlucha looking for that one free turn of setup, subsequently can provide valuable switchin and setup opportunities for an incoming teammate. (Hawlucha setting up on Lead Samurott is pretty rare when it would involve going Rilla first and U-turning out. I'd also say it's rare to lead Volc into Samu and Tera T1, but it can happen if there's no Water resist) Sacred Sword is another option to hit Roaring Moon, Meowscarada, and opposing Hisuian Samurott, cleanly OHKO Weavile, Darkrai, and bulky Kingambit, dent Kyurem, and break IronPress Zamazenta's Substitute. If not going for Knock Off, the aforementioned Great Tusk can also provide entry hazard removal for the team with Rapid Spin, since Hisuian Samurott will inevitably matchup against and trigger Lead Glimmora's Toxic Debris twice; (Analyses generally don't talk about inevitable MUs, just that this will happen in this specific MU) pairing Hisuian Samurott with a grounded offensive Poison-type like Iron Moth can also mitigate this issue. Aqua Jet reliably picks off opposing Focus Sash leads like Deoxys-S, Glimmora, and Ribombee as well as targetting and targets (matches the structure, so it becomes "Aqua Jet picks off [...] and targets [...]")
This 'as well as' structure with 'Move does x, as well as doing y' is correct too. Your change is also correct, but it's just a case of two different ways to say the same thing, so that's when it's best to defer to the writer. Only change needed was targetting -> targeting.

Focus Sash guarantees at least one layer of Spikes can be set even against faster foes like Enamorus, Kyurem, and especially opposing leads like Ribombee.
Lists should be parallel; you should be able to split the list and it make sense in all parts. With this, you get:
- Faster foes like Enamorus
- Faster foes like Kyurem
- Faster foes like especially opposing leads like Ribmbee
That last one doesn't fit in this list, so it should be its own separate thing. 'Faster foes like Enamorus and Kyurem, as well as opposing leads like Ribombee' fixes this.

-- as setup fodder-- (The "which can use Court Change..." phrase should come immediately after "Cinderace".) which can use Court Change against Hisuian Samurott's Spikes— (Spaces-- like this-- should come after each dash.)
If you want to use dashes, use — - this is the code that will produce a dash when uploaded onto the dex. There also doesn't need to be spaces before or after that.

since Hisuian Samurott will trigger Lead Glimmora's Toxic Debris
Avoid removing content in analyses. If your change affects the meaning of the sentence and you want something altered/removed then just comment; specifying lead here indicates that it would lead into Hisuian Samurott, which is relevant to have. If this was kept, 'Lead' should be 'lead' because set names aren't capitalised in the text.
