draco is strong and you don't care about drops too much because lati switches in and out a lot. just how its played
psychic stab to hit all the fightings in the tier
last move is really fluid. twind, hp fire, sub, hp ground, dragon pulse are all good. im just postin some gen5 stuff right now ;]
protect is good last i heard

Set Details
========

standard hit stuff hard and fast.
you need those ivs bc of hp fire. watch out, lowered speed so you lose to other latis.
lo to push damage through.

Usage Tips
========

usually what you will do is switch in latios through its resists and ground immunity, and proceed to do a bunch of damage on anything you want. dosen't quite get ko's on everything because of no dragon gem and draco meteor nerf. so make sure to not lead with latios because it won't kill stuff without prior damage while it itself will usually die.
priority, spread, and other fast buddies are good for prior damage.
used to check sun and char-y bc it resists fire

Team Options
========

pair with things like scizor or heatran. fire resist for scizor. levitate, fight resist, water resist for heatran.
usually you can only pack one psychic on your team bc psychic is a shitty typing. so this thing will not be able to have like deo or cress as team options.
pairs ok with rotom-w. latios resists grass, rotom resists ice. you would be using these two more in conjunction with earthquake though. like the idea is levitate above your own eq and not necessarily run rotom with latios
also likes dark types as buddies who can soak up the dark and ghost hits. bisharp and ttar would be examples

steel resists both dragon and psychic, while hp fire usually does little damage since hp is base 60 now (another lati nerf) and bc no stab. prime example: heatran.

• Mention how Latios is one of the best sun checks ever, and why that is a huge reason to use it.
• I'd slash HP Ground before fire, because Heatran is more common than Scizor and Genesect.
• Safety goggles deserves a mention in OO, because you can switch into stuff like Amoongus and Venusaur with no fear, checking sun even further.
• It's the fastest non-scarfed good dragon (fu Noivern), which deserves a mention because it outspeeds all other dragons and KOes.

I'd also mention about thunder in rain, 100% accurate and hp fire will do nothing in rain. T bolt as well as it is an accurate OHKO on t flame, but doesn't always pick up OHKO on Zard y where as Draco does.

Don't forget dark type partners which resist ghost and dark, bisharp / Ttar notable choices. Kanga also good partner, psyshock ohkos 4/0 pony and terrak and outspeeds them. Fighting types get rid of dark types for lati, and more of them to choose from (pony, terrak, conk)

Generally QC don't check threads that are labelled 'WIP.' WIP indicates that it isn't ready for QC review yet. If you want a QC review, change the label from WIP to Quality Control.

However, we would appreciate if it you could write up the skeleton as best as you can before marking it as Quality Control / ready for QC review. If you know that it needs to be fixed a fair amount, it's probably not ready yet.
