Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Mystical Fire
- Roost

Latias is one of the most threatening wallbreakers in UU thanks to its amazing coverage and ability to switch into and threaten common foes like Keldeo and Rotom-H. Its great Speed tier also gives it even more opportunities to fire off attacks against the likes of Terrakion, Kommo-o, and Victini. Psyshock is chosen over Psychic to do more damage to Chansey, and Mystical Fire allows Latias to fry Steel-types like Scizor and do good damage to Jirachi and Celesteela. The longevity provided by Roost makes Latias an extremely effective special sponge on offensive teams. Latias struggles to break past extremely bulky Pokemon like Chansey and Celesteela and can only dent them on the switch, so support from Pokemon like Zeraora and Terrakion is very appreciated. Zeraora is also a good offensive check to Latias; partners like Tangrowth and Amoonguss that can handle it are appreciated. These Pokemon can also check Azumarill and Primarina, two Pokemon that Latias often struggles with due to its inability to OHKO them.

Latias is one of the most threatening wallbreakers in UU thanks to its amazing coverage and ability to switch into and threaten common metagame staples like Keldeo and Rotom-H. Its great Speed tier also gives it even more opportunities to fire off attacks against the likes of Terrakion, Kommo-o, and Victini. Psyshock is chosen over Psychic to do more damage to Chansey, and Mystical Fire allows Latias to fry Steel-types like Scizor while also doing good damage to Jirachi and Celesteela. The longevity provided by Roost makes Latias an extremely effective special sponge against Pokemon like Nidoqueen and Thundurus-T, which is very appreciated on offensive teams. Latias struggles to break past extremely bulky Pokemon like Chansey and Celesteela and can only dent them on the switch, so support from Pokemon like Zeraora is very appreciated. You could add in another mention here like Terrakion Zeraora is also a good offensive check to Latias, so partners like Tangrowth and Amoonguss that can handle it are appreciated. Lycanroc-D could be tied in here, amoong checking it a little worse if it is Psychic Fangs ofc. These Pokemon can also check Azumarill and Primarina, two Pokemon that Latias often struggles with due to its inability to OHKO them.

I would bring up Hatterene because it is one of the few Fairy types that Latias will struggle to make progress against.
