idea for a page

Why cant there be a pokemon rpg page that lets you play it like the game only with other people as trainers and high ranking people as gym leaders. Each time you left a town you would have to battle at least 10 people of low ranking, and when in a town you would have to fight the gym leader, a high ranking battler, to advance. till finally you reach the elite 4, a group of the highest ranking battlers, and the champion. This would use the pokemon showdown battle system for battles of course, but the rest would be text based

If PS includes RPG elements like that, copyright becomes a major issue.
