What is the bug?
- Iron Crown must not have Hidden Power Fighting because it starts with 3 perfect IVs because it's a Gen 6+ legendary.
I changed the atk ivs to 20

My Poke:

Iron Crown @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Agility
- Calm Mind
- Tachyon Cutter
- Stored Power

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, does not accept the Pokémon it talks shit about hidden power
