Okay, idk how I just noticed this, but Klinkle and Apou Probo have the exact same ability name. I'm not gonna bother changing Apou Probo's ability name since I can't think of anything better, so any name ideas for Klinkle's ability?

So... Still don't get how priority slates work. Do we just say fusions we think shouldnt be coded so soon as compared to others?

Fusion Evolution: Stundicuno
Typing: Ground / Ice
Stats: 115 / 75 / 94 / 100 / 120 / 60
Ability: Dirt Nap - The Evasion stats of the opponents are ignored.
Date of acceptance: 9/12/17
Reasoning behind nomination: This thing only won due to the meme. The ability doesn't seem useful to me. From best I can tell, it basically ignores Bright Powder and stuff. If this is basically a No Guard clone but one-sided, it still is bad. It only has base 100 Special Attack, and the only move that would be much better off with this that gets STAB is Blizzard. There's also Hurricane and Thunder, but those stats point to it being more defensive. However, it can't really do that, with horrible weaknesses to Fighting, Fire and Steel. Overall, I don't think we need this thing straight away.

Fusion Evolution: Regigiot
Typing: Ice / Flying
Stats: 81 / 65 / 87 / 105 / 135 / 95
Ability: Magical Ice - This Pokemon is immune to confusion and stat drops.
Reasoning behind nomination: This Pokemon suffers similar flaws to Stundicuno, only it wasn't even a meme. The only reason this exists is seemingly the mega. I say that because the ability is trash and it can't pull off being defensive when it's quad weak to Stealth Rock and is part Ice-type. Unless your ability negates weaknesses or something (or you're an Ice/Steel but even that is debatable), defensive Ice-types are NEVER a good idea. However, the mega isn't fantastic either. Clocking in at 115 speed, it can't make up for the still garbage defensive typing. I know it's meant to be the more offensive one, but it still doesn't give it a speed stat that is going to save it from that typing. Yeah, there's No Guard Blizzard and Hurricane, but I already made Peridot which is faster, more powerful, and has a better STAB type in Electric. We don't need this, at least not right away.

Fusion Evolution: Unconventional
Typing: Rock / Fire
Stats: 87 / 82 / 100 / 132 / 87 / 70
Ability: Sand Slurp - Immune to Ground and Water-type moves and heals 1/8 from them. Increases to 1/6 in sand.
Reasoning behind nomination: This fusion was all well and good until Flycanion won. It basically is the same as Unconventional, but with more mixed stats, no weaknesses and better recovery. Not much else to add to this one, but Flycanion simply outclasses it. Simple as that.

Here's one of my nominations. Does it make sense now?

Fusion Evolution: Shrek (FE #210)
Typing: Grass / Flying
Stats: 82 / 55 / 87 / 90 / 97 / 67
Ability: Fatal Grace - If those with this ability are poisoned, they recover HP every turn and have secondary effect chances multiplied by 2.5.
Date of acceptance: I don't remember, someone pls tell me
Reasoning behind nomination: This thing also only won due to the meme. It has a pretty average bulk of 82 / 87 / 97 and poor 55 Attack and 67 speed, with a pretty average 90 Special Attack as well. Grass / Flying is a rather rare combo, but that still isn't enough to make it relevant. It's ability only works if it is poisoned, meaning that it has to choose between having an useless ability and hold an item or sacrifice an item slot (And possibly a Move Slot for Protect) so it can get poisoned. When poisoned, it will heal itself in still small ammounts, definetly not enough to counter the hits it takes. It will also gain a more powerfull Serene Grace with 2.5x boosts. As to what it can do with that... Not much. The best option would be flinch spam with a 75% flinch chance on Air Slash. Problem is, 67 base speed holds it back. A lot of things will just outspeed it, making the flinch chance irrelevant unless you use Trick Room, and Scarf can't be used since you will then not be using Toxic Orb and gain the boost. Other moves that gain the boost don't have anything fantastic either. The best Flying move it has is Air Slash, which has pretty subpar 75 BP. It currently has no fusion moves to make up for any of it's flaws.

Overall, Shrek is a pretty charming reference to a beloved character by many, but when it comes to doing something in the meta, it struggles a lot due to mediocre stats and situational ability.

Fusion Evolution: Smelly
Typing: Normal
Stats: 75 / 57 / 85 / 57 / 90 / 85
Ability: Technical System (Technician + RKS System; Changes type depending on the held Memory and boosts the power of moves of that type by 1.5×)
Date of acceptance: March 4th, 2017. The fusion was made by AquaticPanic
Reasoning behind nomination: OOH my gosh those stats SUCK. For refrence, it has a lower BST than even Shrek! I would be fine with the stats if the ability made up for it, but that ability does practically nothing for it, as power bosting does nothing with those offenses. Sure it can Sketch a move once, but most of the time, you have to spend it on recovery since it otherwise doesn't learn it. I mean sure it gets some cool moves like Defog but does that even matter when you have meh defensive stats and awful offensive stats?

What a waste of a fusion...

I'd also like to ask people to nominate fusions that don't have sprites already. Because even if some fusions are coded first, they cannot be implemented when they don't have sprites, whereas if fusions with sprites are coded first, they can be implemented right away (of course all fusions will have sprites in the end, but it will take a while).

Here's the FE art thread so you can check if the fusion you're about to nom doesn't have a sprite.

What if I dont have the date (and won't look it up)? Is my potential nom null n void?

No, since it isn’t super needed. It’s there basically in case of a fusion existing before a much better version of said fusion being possible. At least, that’s what I could gather from it. Stitch added that in, not me.

Actually, we cannot use sprites on Dragon Heaven until we get a custom client. So sprites aren't actually that big of an issue. All mons without a sprite currently use a sprite already on there, iirc. Sooooo, yeah... Art would be good if we can get one though.

Ok

i'm not completely sure, and I'm not council, but thus far at least for me ive been using as follows and I haven't really gotten any big complaints:

Zygarde-50% -> Zygarde-C is = +108 HP, +0 Atk, +0 Def, +10 Spa., +0 Spd., and -10 Spe.

Zygarde-10% -> Zygarde-C is = +162 HP, +0 Atk, +50 Def, +30 Spa., +10 Spd, -30 Spe.
so it depends on with which mon you do the fusion?

It takes too much effort to do these lol

Fusion Evolution: Furfraught
Typing: Normal/Fighting
Stats: 91/103/101/79/92/93 (559)
Ability: Shaggy Coat - This Pokemon's defense stat is doubled. When at 1/3 HP or lower, this Pokemon's defense stat is tripled.
Date of acceptance: *long time ago*
Reasoning behind nomination: In a metagame where most of the top tier walls are Normal-type, Furfraught simply fails to stand out. Normal/Fighting is a bad defensive typing, being weak to four common offensive types: Fairy, Fighting, Flying and Psychic (that's why all other Normal/Fighting fusions are offensive...). Unlike Chesnaught, it doesn't have any offensive presence (no STAB Wood Hammer). Frufraught's role is... just being very bulky on the physical side, maybe setting spikes and being a pivot that's neither fast or slow.
Comparing it to other Normal walls, we can see that Furfraught isn't completely outclassed but isn't FE OU material either.
Bezong, a Normal/Psychic type, has less weaknesses, better special bulk AND better physical bulk against contact moves (most physical moves are also contact moves so that's fine). Furfraught isn't completely outclassed by Bezong because it has recovery. Another Normal-type wall, the Normal/Rock Rhyperlax, has a bit less less physical bulk but better special bulk and only 1 weakness due to its ability. Rhyperlax has access to Rocks and Roar and won't be forced to switch out if Roar sends a Psychic- or Fairy-type out, basically outclassing Furfraught's Spikes and Roar. Yet another comparison is Oxybliss-Defense, a Normal/Psychic type with Taunt immunity, less weaknesses, less defense but much better special bulk, and can set Spikes just like Furfraught, providing much more for the team.

Fusion Evolution: Dialcatty
Typing: Normal/Steel
Stats: 85/107/92/107/77/110
Ability: Normalized Enemy: The opponent's moves are Normal-type.
Date of acceptance: Last slate of V2, whenever that was.
Reasoning behind nomination: It's just going to get banned anyways so there's no real point. Even if it does get beat by ability suppression, suppression doesn't have enough users to make up for the fact that every non-suppression user gets pretty much hard countered by it, many even after setting up - it's just too overcentralizing. It's my favourite of my fusions (well, along with Padunk), but it's broken and that's all there is to it.

Fusion Evolution: Joltsol
Typing: Electric / Dark
Stats: 75 / 107 / 70 / 102 / 87 / 112
Ability: Power Surge (Volt Absorb + Super Luck; Immune to Electric type attacks. If hit by one, its next attack is a guaranteed crit)
Date of acceptance: Ion know lol
Reasoning behind nomination: Because its complete trash in a FE meta. 102 SpA is pathetic for OU standards, and the power level of FE is muuuuccchhh more than OU. Its ability sounds cool, but does little to boost its viability as most Electric types have very viable means of ignoring its immunity. And since its ability is situational in activation, its not even guaranteed to work at all!!! 90/90/90 is the average bulk for an offensive FE mon, and its bulk falls short. Its pathetic speed tier for an offensive mon in FE in a meta where Fairy, Ground and Fighting attacks are everywhere, its hard to catch a break. And while its Mega is questionably good at best, its waay toouch sacrifice for the Mega Slot.

Fusion Evolution: Flycanion
Typing: Ground / Fire
Stats: 100 / 105 / 110 / 105 / 95 / 85
Ability: Mud Absorb (Water Absorb + Levitate; Immune to Water and Ground type attacks. If hit by one, its maximum HP is healed by 1/8)
Date of acceptance: Pssh
Reasoning behind nomination:
Before I move forward lets get one thing straight - Flycanion and Unconventional do not outclass one another, as both do vastly different things, and try to fill very different roles. Flycanion is a jack of all trades master of none type of mon, while Unconventional is a highly specialized mon designed to compress several needed roles on a specific playstyle. Now, to get that out of the way, why I think Flycanion shouldnt get priority. Flycanion's stats lean to a Mew like mon in terms of purpose - can fill a wide need of tasks. But in a highly specialized format where each mon is created to be the very bedt at what it needs to do, Flycanion simply cannot keep up. It could try to be a physical or special attacker, but sooooooooooooo many mons outclass it in this role. Even defensive Fire and Ground types give Flycanion a run for its money. Its three immunities are notable, but not enough to keep up with FE's pace. It suffers from a shift from FE's early days of generalizism to its current specialization-esqe setting and extreme power creep. Maybe if Fusion Evolution eventually obtains a UU based version, it can shine, but not in FE of today.

I probably have two more + neat editting but its 3 am lol

Fusion Evolution: Malaras
Typing: Dark / Ice
Stats: 119 / 98 / 94 / 86 / 95 / 77
Ability: Advocate Scale - Weaknesses become resistances, and resistances become weaknesses.
Reasoning behind nomination: This thing might have a cool ability, but with all of its stats except HP being under 100 base points it results weak. 77 is a very bad speed tier in FE since we have a lot of fusions that outspeed it even if Malaras is scarfed and fusions made to have a speed stat that is under 50 base points that underspeed it in every case, so it wouldn't work neither as a fast, nor as a TR mon. Its weak to Ice, Dark and Ghost type, very frequent in FE, considering Ice-type is the most frequent coverage type, every team will have at least 1 Dark-type mon to contrast all those Prankster-based abilities, and we have 53 Ghost-type fusions. What would its role be? Support? Heal bell is the only useful move it learns with Topsy-turvy. Cleric? Doesn't learn wish. Set-up? Will be dead before being able to DDance or CM. It doesn't even learn a recovery. I think Malaras would shine in a lower tier of FE, but not in OU.
