Pokemon: Bruxish
Take: 1
Type: Water / Dark
Ability: Strong Jaw / Defiant /
Vicious Forces (Steelworker clone which multiplies the power of Dark-type moves by 1.5)
Stats: 75 / 125 / 100 / 25 / 75 / 140 (540 BST)
New Moves: Knock Off, U-turn
Competitive Niche: Bruxish finds itself a home in OU as a fast and powerful offensive threat which can easily break stall teams with its STAB Vicious Forces - Boosted Crunch (or Knock Off), on top of good enough bulk to work well versus most offensive teams. It packs a very high physical attack stat, which, on top of Swords Dance / Choice Band and Vicious Forces, lets it hit stall staples such as Toxapex extremely hard, while Swords Dance lets it function as a late-game cleaner on Hyper Offense teams. While this does seem top-tier, Bruxish's damage output is a bit lacking without boosts, meaning that it can't hit stuff such as AV Magearna without risking getting KOed in return, not to mention that its special defense is terrible, leaving it easily revenge killed by stuff such as Volcarona and Serperior.

Pokemon: Garbodor
Take: 2
Type: Poison
Ability: Aftermath / Corrosion /
Processed Pollutants (Flash Fire clone which multiplies the power of Poison-type moves by 1.5x when it is hit by a super effective move.)
Stats: 80 / 110 / 140 / 110 / 80 / 50 (570 BST)
New Moves: Leech Life (wow, looks like I ran out of ideas for unreliable recovery to give to Garbodor - he has a metric ton of those already), Knock Off, Haze
Competitive Niche: A very physically bulky, albeit slow, support mon which takes advantage of its decently sized support movepool to stack hazards for its team and do stuff which a support pokemon usually does. Garbodor's high physical bulk lets it easily stomach hits from powerful mons such as Kartana and Mega Mawile, while its passable offenses give it an easier time KOing stuff for offensive variants. Despite those offenses, Garbodor will probably be seen only on Stall or Balance archetypes given its low speed for an offensive mon. However, Garbodor's special defense is less-than-appealing, letting in stuff such as Mega Alakazam and Heatran in for free, while its low speed makes it very susceptible to Taunt, not to mention that its defensive typing isn't great, being weak to commonplace pokemon in Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Mega Alakazam, with the former two being able to overpower it despite its good physical bulk with their STAB moves.

Pokemon: Jynx
Take: 1
Type: Ice / Psychic
Ability: Trace / Filter / Queenly Majesty
Stats: 60 / 30 / 65 / 120 / 105 / 140 (515 BST)
New Moves: Revelation Dance, Thunderbolt
Competitive Niche: An incredibly powerful and fast special attacker which freeze-dries offense like nobody's business. Jynx takes advantage of its fantastic offensive typing, high speed tier, great special attack, and passable special bulk to set up Nasty Plot and then proceed to absolutely destroy the opposing team like nobody's business, while Choice Specs variants can easily nab OHKOs or 2HKOs on most common OU trends such as Specially Defensive Toxapex, Tornadus-Therian, and Landorus-T. However, Jynx lacks defensive utility thanks to its poor defensive typing and lack of Dry Skin, making it vulnerable to most forms of priority and all forms of entry hazards. It also still carries poor physical bulk, limiting its setup opportunities and worsening its already poor matchup versus most offense teams.
