Hi, thanks for kindly reaching out. After discussing with FOMG and Kim, I have decided to reverse the activity decision and give Emeral the activity win.

I initially decided on the flip because the situation was very similar to this one, which I decided was a flip (and even confirmed with RoA Staff since I wasn't 100% sure). However, in that situation, both players stated their availabilities but neither took the initiative to actually get the game done (like suggesting an actual time) over a week plus timeframe. Here, only you gave your availability which changes things. In the future, it is always safer to send another message to your opponent closer to the deadline, but even without it you still have the case for activity here.

Sorry for the mistake; I will edit the Phase 2 post shortly. Emeral moves to 2-0 (and receives a bye) while IvoPost moves to 1-1.
