Voting for Ghost reasoning in discussion thread.
After much debate with myself, voted Fighting, for the rock resist and the ability to handle Blissey more easily

Fighting is completely walled by revenakh. It does not need even more use. A top 5 counter cannot be weak to revenakh, don't vote fighting!

As we have seen with Cloyster, that typing is very bad for the current metagame, although if it were more offensive minded, it might work.
Nevertheless, voting Fighting because we need a new Poliwrath. The typing is great, and makes him a decent Syclant counter.

With Water, you have already chosen a type that already has no hope of completely shutting down Revenankh's STAB onslaught. Seek not types that resist Ghost.
Electric is not a terribly useful offensive typing in CAP OU, however, with Water as it's main STAB, you won't need it.

Going with Ghost on this one for now. Could possibly check Revvy, though it would need to be like Celebi bulky and have some way of stopping it from bulking up in it's face. =/
Personally, it doesn't look good for this guy. Trying to check majority of these Pokemons seem like too much of a burden for one creature alone. If they're was more than one "decentralizer" then that be difference.
