This would be the first pokemon that both resists dragon moves and can hit back with a super effective STAB move. I think that would make this pokemon even more unique and influential. Also, a horrible defensive typing (ice) with a great defensive typing and a horrible offensive typing (steel) with a great offensive typing (ice) allows for interesting combinations.

TBH, I don't really like any of these typings. Fire/Poison is good typing IMO and Ice/Rock is far too one dimensional (Cloyster 2.0). The worst typing that can actually be taken in more than one path is ice/steel.
