Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Close Combat
- Toxic
- King's Shield

Aegislash has solidified itself at the top of the UU metagame with its mixed set. Shadow Ball hits many popular Pokemon such as Jirachi, Galarian Slowbro, and opposing Aegislash super effectively and provides great neutral coverage against many other Pokemon. Close Combat punishes foes that do not care about Toxic, such as Chansey and Zarude. Toxic cripples switch-ins to Shadow Ball such as Bulletproof Kommo-o and Krookodile. King's Shield stalls out turns for Aegislash to accrue Toxic damage and gain Leftovers recovery while also letting it scout Choice-locked foes such as Keldeo and Primarina. Since Aegislash is reliant on Leftovers, Knock Off absorbers such as Gastrodon and Amoonguss are great partners. Mienshao and Buzzwole are able to break through Chansey and Umbreon more easily. Lycanroc-D, Azumarill, and Nihilego help remove Aegislash's best check in Galarian Moltres. Late-game cleaners such as Clangorous Soul Kommo-o appreciate Psychic-types being worn down to sweep late-game.

Aegislash has solidified itself at the top of the UU metagame with its King's Shield + Toxic set. Shadow Ball is great neutral coverage against Pokemon such as Amoonguss and hits Jirachi super effectively. jirachi by itself seems like a very specific mention here? especially given CC is neutral so you're not even running shadow ball to hit it SE. I think highlight a bit more how shadow ball is very spammable and that it hits a lot of popular mons for SE damage like aegi, jirachi and glowbro and basically the rest of the tier neutrally. Close Combat can be used to punish switch-ins such as Chansey and Zarude that wouldn't care about Toxic. Toxic ruins specially defensive checks such as Assault Vest Tangrowth. say that it also punishes other stuff that may try to switch into shadow ball like krook and kommo-o in the long run King's Shield combines well with Toxic as it can wear down its checks wear down isn't really the word i'd use here, specify how it lets you stall toxic turns and rack lefties recovery, those are huge! while also scouting against Choice-locked foes such as Keldeo and Primarina. Since Aegislash is reliant on Leftovers, Knock Off absorbers such as Gastrodon and Amoonguss are great partners. Mienshao and Buzzwole are able to break through Chansey and Umbreon more easily. Galarian Slowbro is able to deal with Amoonguss. you can cut this mention Umbreon can provide Wish support to Aegislash and check Nidoking and Moltres.

Great job, 1/1

Aegislash has solidified itself at the top of the UU metagame with its King's Shield + Toxic mixed set. Shadow Ball is a very spammable move that hits many popular pokemon such as Jirachi, Galarian Slowbro, and opposing Aegislash super effectively, with great neutral coverage against most of the rest of the tier. Close Combat can be used to punish switch-ins such as Chansey and Zarude that wouldn't care about Toxic. Toxic punishes switch-ins to Shadow Ball such as Bulletproof Kommo-o and Krookodile. King's Shield can stall Toxic turns and getting passive recovery from Leftovers, while also scouting against Choice-locked foes such as Keldeo and Primarina. Since Aegislash is reliant on Leftovers, Knock Off absorbers such as Gastrodon and Amoonguss are great partners. Mienshao and Buzzwole are able to break through Chansey and Umbreon more easily. Umbreon can provide Wish support to Aegislash and check Nidoking and Moltres. You probs won't pair Umbreon with this set. Galarian Moltres is the most obnoxious thing for Aegislash so list some ways to beat it.

List some late-game cleaners that appreciate Aegislash's ability to wear down their checks as this set primarily functions as a breaker in most matchups.

was told to give this another check to up the word count. If you happen to go way over with these additions then just cut down how much text you have for the Shadow Ball description.

Aegislash has solidified itself at the top of the UU metagame with its mixed set. Shadow Ball is a very spammable move that hits many popular Pokemon(capitalize) such as Jirachi, Galarian Slowbro, and opposing Aegislash super effectively,(RC) with and provides great neutral coverage against most of the rest of the tier many other Pokemon. Close Combat can be used to punishes switch-ins such as Chansey and Zarude foes that wouldn't do not care about Toxic,(AC) such as Chansey and Zarude.(this is to avoid repetition of "punishes switch-ins") Toxic punishes cripples switch-ins to Shadow Ball such as Bulletproof Kommo-o and Krookodile. King's Shield can stall Toxic turns and getting passive recovery from Leftovers, while also scouting against Choice-locked foes such as Keldeo and Primarina. King's Shield stalls out turns for Aegislash to accrue Toxic damage and gain Leftovers recovery while also letting it scout Choice-locked foes such as Keldeo and Primarina. Checks to Galarian Moltres such as Lycanroc-D, Azumarill, and Nihilego are great partners to help remove Aegislash's best check in Galarian Moltres.(repetitive phrasing of "are great partners") Late-game cleaners such as Clangorous Soul Kommo-o appreciate Psychic-types being worn down so it can to sweep late-game.

GP 1/1. Lmk if you disagree with some of the changes. There is some repetitive phrasing, so I varied some of the sentence structures.
