This Pokemon gains +1 Defense and Special Defense every time it reaches a certain HP threshold, this immediately comes into effect as soon as the pokemon enters battle.
At 3/4 it gains +1/+1, at 1/2 it gains another +1/+1, at 1/4 it gains another +1/+1
if the pokemon switches out at 1/2, when it comes in it will be at 1/2 and has +2 def and spdef
If the Pokemon goes above the thresholds, it loses its boosts (it will always be at the boosts specified)

Competitive Role: Fat steel, could use Lefties or probably Assault Vest, it still has Rest to be annoying. It can set up rocks and stuff, and with its monstrous HP it eats hits and gets defense boosts on defense boosts. It also has Body Press and a base 130 attack so it's not passive at all. Its basically a better mudsdale. If this is too OP then make it pure steel or lower its HP.

Competitive Role: Another fat steel, except this time it gets rid of items which is super nice, and also has instant recovery in Shore Up. It can also pivot with U-Turn, and since it's so slow and gets rid of the opponent's item and because of how bulky it is, its a great pivot. It can use Roar or Dragon Tail to rack up hazards damage on everything, because HDB won't work. Great bulky wall, and with U-Turn and reliable recovery it can do great on many teams.

Competitive Role: Super Fast Pivot, has SD and Halt Absorb to ignore intimidate and not have to deal with Whirlwinders or Hazers. Can Pivot, can sweep with SD and great coverage, still can't touch grounds. If it wants to go mixed, it can use Grass Knot to hit non-lando Ground- types. Can switch into phazing and hazing attempts and get boosts, great mon. It can sweep with SD, NP, CM, or whatever.
