^ that Starmie set is far from underrated. Bulky spinner Starmie was one of the main sets last gen iirc. The only thing new with that set is the EV spread, which I'm not sure is the most efficient, ie requires further test and calculations.

I disagree with this. Forretress is used as a Rapid Spin, SR and defensive pivot all at the same time. The meta as of now really favors momentum gaining with Volt Switch or U-turn. This analysis is done, but I just can't help wondering why Choice Scarf Noivern is mentioned in the analysis. Noivern should not even run Scarf as it needs Life Orb or Choice Specs to fix its rather average SpA stats.

Few things I noticed. Maybe you meant physical attackers? Your EV spread is already maximum investment in special bulk. I think Snarl is more comparable to Confide, which benefits from Prankster without the pitiful damage. Though I suppose it's true Knock Off >>>> Snarl
