What kind of style were you looking for help with? I tend to run HO or balance and generally I'm not very good making stall teams.
Made top 15 on PO with Sand, Hail and Sun, as well as an anti weather team, but all of them were hyper offense. I'm willing to help you so just let me know, I usually play PO on and off.

Edit: btw you miscalculated Gyarado's spread as the EV count added to 512 so I gave preference to HP and speed over the attack point.
Goddammit, haha... I have a Calm 30/x/31/21/23/21 Natu... why couldn't I have gotten a Lunatone like that? I really wish I had a good Snorunt or Mawile... after Lunatone, I'll be trying for Hypno, Rapidash, Swellow, Chansey, Salamence, Togepi, and Dragonite.
