This is for the next slate (duh) but I need early approval of how I have meticulously (spent over 28 hours) blended the two Abilities into one. I still have yet to finalize the combination (i.e. choose whether to use Zygarde-10% or Zygarde-50%, or one of each, as well as which custom stats to add besides the polished basic-mathematical requirement), but I thought I should see whether it is viable in advance.
Warning: Very math. Much number. So counting. WOW! Such calculate.
Out of consideration for my less mathematically inclined fellow (f)user(s), I will simplify the Ability to something more akin to Zygarde-10%/Luvdisc's (which I think is cheap to begin with but also clever and concise). Actually, I'll scrap it altogether. Howzat?
I am sincerely sorry to whomever has taken offense to my posting. I am more accustomed to other, less sensitive, online fora.
jesus fuck just make your subs in the submission phase. don't ask for "approval" for them, just fucking do them. if you aren't sure ask somewhere else than the thread, like the discord or something.
Whoa, Pika, dude, no need to get offensive. So far the council has said nothing, which clearly means he is allowed to post this stuff. Besides, why do you even get bothered by it? Just live and let live.

y'all out here acting like saying the fuck word is going "that hard on the offense", it's not like i personally went to his house and devoured his soul
Yeah uh, first off, submissions should ALWAYS go in the submission phase. We're in middle of a voting phase. Asking for approval should go in submission phase (or discussion phase if you're only asking about a specific thing NOT posting full submissions).
Secondly, If they're within the rules, there's no need to ask for approval. And you can tell if break the rules by reading them. Or you can go on Dragon Heaven server or the Discord to ask for help. As for the fusion itself, there are official ways of calculating Wishiwashi and Zygarde form changes. In the rules. In the OP. And please, for the love of god, stop mixing Zygarde 50% and Zygarde 10% fusions in the same hide tag. Even if you're submitting them as two separate things.

OK, can I claim this for the next sub phase? Considering you did thise in the middle of voting, and that's some complicated shit, I'm going to do my OWN version with a more straight forward way.
That and official documentations exist.
Honorable mention to Hawlu Bulu, would have voted for it but don't want Tapu Loom to be outclassed as a Grass/Fighting, Grassy Terrain setter that is physically offensive. Maybe Hawlucha / Koko instead? Hawlucha / Fini?
Double Rainbow All The Way: Boosts moves with 60 BP or less by by 1.5x and sets Rainbow Road. Rainbow Road boosts the types corresponding to this pokemon's moves.
Yeti: Summons Tundra on switch in. Boosts Rock Sp Def by 50% and Ice def by 50%. Deals 1/8 damage to non-rock/steel/ground/ice at the end of each turn. Other weather effects for sand and hail work as usual. Castform fusions become Rock type. Weather ball becomes a dual-type move like flying press. Exted by either Smooth or Ice Rock.
Hydrolysis: In Rain, form-changes into Zydisc-Buff.
SillyPutty
110 / 60 / 60 / 70 / 50 / 50
Ultimate Scout: Transforms into the opponent and identifies their item. If this Pokemon isn't holding an item, also replicates the effects of the foe's held item.
Iron Dust Push: On switch-in, this Pokemon summons Iron Dust Drift for 5 turns. Prevents adjacent opposing Rock-type Pokemon from choosing to switch out unless they are immune to trapping or have Sand Force, Sand Rush, or Sand Veil Abilities. During the effect, the Special Defense of Steel-type Pokemon is multiplied by 1.5 when taking damage from a special attack. Lasts for 8 turns if the user is holding Smooth Rock.
Climate Compile: Normal type changes to match the type of the current weather. The user also traces the effects of the weather for the rest of the battle, including the latest type change. Immune to negative weather effects. The trace effects stack with each other, but not with current weather.
Throopah
110 / 150 / 82 / 100 / 107 / 62
Sinister Magic: Copies the effects of the foe's ability, and then disables it.
Zen Statue: Sets Zen Temple for 5 turns (8 with Smooth Rock). Changes to Zen Mode if holding Smooth Rock. If Darmadon's Smooth Rock is removed, it changes back to Standard Mode.
Zen Temple: During the effect, the Special Defense of Psychic-type Pokemon is multiplied by 1.5. Special moves deal damage to the target based on their Defense instead of Special Defense, and physical moves deal damage to the target based on their Special Defense instead of Defense.
Now that the slate's over, here comes a sample team boys and girls /
This team is a bulky offense team built around an underutilized, often considered mediocre fusion: Avaizard, or more specifically its X mega form. Since other Megazard X fusions do a better job at being Dragon Dancers, I decided to take a unique angle with Avaizard and make a specially defensive Curse sweeper out of it. Curse and Recover are obvious choices, while Earthquake and its signature move Glacier Rumble serve as strong attacking options that provide a potent coverage combo. Aegivally is my child a bulky pivot with power to boot. By holding a Flying Memory, it becomes a Flying/Steel type in its defensive Bulwark form, which is in itself is a great defensive typing. With Parting Shot for pivoting and Defog for removing pesky hazards, you are left with the two attacking options, the powerful Mystic Rush and the priority-boosted Shadow Tricks. Courtesy of the IVs, both of these attacks are Fighting type, with no other coverage being entirely necessary thanks to Mystic Rush Fighting having a chance to apply a Foresight effect before attacking, as well as making Guerilla Aegivally Fighting/Steel by being in the first slot. There are some alternatives you can use with this set, such as a Fairy Memory for a Fairy/Steel Bulwark form or King's Shield over one of the attacks other than Mystic Rush to play extra mindgames against Fairies. Next up is Necrogarde, who is one of the two members of this team that can provide immediate offensive firepower. 103 Attack may seem very modest for a Choice Bander in a format with a plethora of Uber-tier attackers, but the lethality of Thousand Arrows and Photon Geyser alone as well as Shattered Prism's 75% boost against resisted targets makes up for it. Necrogarde also provides defensive utility most other Banders cannot, also thanks to Shattered Prism as well as solid defenses, even with little investment. Probs is the next one up, providing a much needed Ground immunity with the potential to trap or pivot around their users. A Scarf set may leave it weak, but it can still do decently and always has Ancient Prophecy to exploit when it's no longer needed. Tomb2 is the primary specially defensive backbone of the party, with the potential to set Screens for free just by switching in and with plenty of tricks to be hella annoying, especially sleepy_cat.jpg, its signature move which is a pursuit clone which makes the switcher fall asleep, making it a perfect stop to certain sweepers. Last but not least is Tapu Dede, the second offensive menace of the team. Even with Leftovers, Grassworker ensures Power Seed will always be hitting hard, especially if you get up Grassy Terrain with Blessing of the Fields.
As a heads up, we from the council decided to make the next slate have a Special Clause. The Special Slate's rules go as follow:
You cannot use any of these Pokémon while making a fusion: Heatran, Altaria, Tyranitar, Zygarde (50% only), Sableye, Slaking, Magnezone, Tapu Koko, Celesteela, Castform, Blastoise, Metagross, Thundurus-Incarnate, Silvally, Chandelure, Volcanion, Magearna, Arceus, Hoopa (Confined only), Porygon-Z, Pidgeot, Garchomp, Wailord, Venusaur, Scizor, Liepard, Azumarill, Landorus-Therian, Mew, Genesect, Tapu Bulu, Ho-Oh, Lunala, Ditto, Zekrom
A fusion must contain one of these Pokémon as the componnent: Butterfree, Dodrio, Dewgong, Exeggutor-K, Typhlosion, Noctowl, Sudowoodo, Jumpluff, Girafarig, Forretress, Ludicolo, Zangoose, Seviper, Solrock, Armaldo, Mawile, Huntail, Relicanth, Wormadam (Plant/Trash), Carnivine, Lumineon, Uxie, Mesprit, Watchog, Simisage, Simipour, Musharna, Swoobat, Seismitoad, Carracosta, Gothitelle, Sawsbuck, Beartic, Accelgor, Heatmor, Pyroar, Meowstic, Oranguru, Turtonator, Gourgeist-Average, Gourgeist-Small, Gourgeist-Large, Pikachu-Starter, Rotom-Mow, any LC or NFE not previously used on a main fusion
When making the fusions, please don't do anything too underpowered. Don't make a fusion that would be outclassed later on, on a less restrictive slate. Two important things:
THE SLATE HAS NOT BEGUN YET. This is just a warning in advance of the special rules for people to prepare.
The other announcement is that this will be the final slate before we go into a hiatus for code and balancing purposes. You can still keep yourself connected to FE through submitting Sample Sets here, partaking in both Fusion Moves threads or playtesting Omega.
Discussion? When both of the fusions I made won? Oh boy!
Silly Putty is a fusion that, ultimately, helps to scout the opponent's sets. Has a great HP stat for an Imposter mon, and combines that with Frisk effects to precisely determine your opponent's set. However, you can also run Silly Putty without an item to copy the effects of the opponent's item. This effect is built into the ability, so it can't be Knocked Off, and you can potentially utilize your opponent's strategy against them if you copy the right item and Pokemon. It can even use the foe's Z-Crystals (including signature Z-Crystals), as long as you haven't already used a Z-Move. And the icing on the cake is that, if your Scarf or other item is removed, your future switchins will be able to copy the foe's item, almost guaranteeing that you'll have the effects of an item!
Throopah is best when used in Trick Room, but is also great for ability deactivation. In FE, abilities can be the reason for some very powerful mons having as much momentum as they do. So, by stealing them, you provide yourself an advantaged position. You're also naturally quite strong, so you can throw out powerful attacks to take out the now crippled opposing Pokemon.
That's almost... no, wait... IS my whole team (Except Gorochu). Yeah, thanks for that one, mate. I don't expect an answer to this, but... When was this determination reached?
Little Cup and Not Fully Evolved. Thankfully, I have some of those. Question: does a "main fusion" mean one that's on the Dex? Otherwise, that's a lot of posts to go through...
Main Fusion just means the ones that won ("Fusion Dex" on the sheet). It's just to make clear that LCs used on the Fusion Prevolutions can still be used on the slate
That's almost... no, wait... IS my whole team (Except Gorochu). Yeah, thanks for that one, mate. I don't expect an answer to this, but... When was this determination reached?
The idea of this slate is give some time to shine to Pokemon that haven't been used in any fusions, while not allowing the ones that were used a lot already. We're doing the same thing that was done at the end of Fusion Evolution Gen 6. Unfortunately the ones you listed have 7 or more fusions already.
Also, we made a mistake and only Zygarde-50% is banned, you can use Zygarde-10% form because it has "only" 4 fusions. You have to fuse it with a Pokemon with no fusions though, meaning no Genesect or Wishiwashi.
