Marshadow, Kyurem-Black, Gyarados-Mega, Tapu Koko, Charizard-Mega-X, Charizard-Mega-Y, Tapu Lele, Lopunny-Mega, Magnezone, Mawile-Mega, Mimikyu, Metagross-Mega, Donphan, Dragonite, Porygon-Z, Greninja, Magearna, Aegislash, Venusaur-Mega, Blaziken-Mega
Looks fun

With the departure of Kyurem-Black and Mega Charizard X, Garchomp would be the prime Dragon Type followed by Haxorus, Mega Altaria, Latios, Zygarde, and probably Salamence, Hydreigon as well. Scarf, Band, SubTonic Rage, and Devastating Quake would still be prominent, and in addition to that Salac/Leichi Endure (Pseudo Sash + Scarf/Band) might see some usage for surviving Hyper Beams/Giga Impact from Mega Pinsir, getting the advantage of Rough Skin against the mons which EV to live a hit from Chomp. Potentially a Haban Berry set sounds good. But on top of all this, Mega Garchomp could see also see a set in here (later when major threats are known)
Latios seems the only Special Dragon Attacker with possibly Scarf, Specs, and STAB Z sets.
Haxorus has high Attack and Mold Breaker (Wew where does this work after Magnezone and Dragonite are gone) which helps against Sawk. Z-Iron Head would KO Crustle (and hopefully Mega Altaria) and Z-EQ would defeat Golem but Mega Aggron would still defeat it, nevertheless even without Mold Breaker's help Banded Poison Jab would be enough to KO 252 HP Primarina, Outrage on neutral would hit real hard its a powerhouse in general.
Mega Altaria's has good typing, ability, and movepool leave that aside Zygarde10% can be interesting, it can run a Scarf Set to outspeed other Scarf Dragons, Pheromosa, Jirachi and it'll also defeat Heatran. Salamence with Intimidate and some bulk (188 Def for Haxorus) can take hits and retaliate with its attacks accompanied by Z or Band or it can even go with Haban Berry and less bulk investment We're talking about Spandan's favourite Pokemon here

Mega Luke has the opportunity to shine in here with Tapu Koko, Mega Lopunny, Mimikyu, Mega Metagross, Greninja, Mega Venusaur and Mega Blaziken as some of the ones which defeat it getting banned. SubReversal along with Magnet Rise looks powerful. Though Scarfers and overtanky Pokemon like Mega Slowbro scare off Mega Lucario and can be problematic if they become too common and Mega Luke's dream won't come true

Scarf Garchomp lure set

- Vicitni would be the main Fire type attacker and seems good with a Scarf V-Create set which with its sheer power would be mostly enough to grab KOes. Band V-Create and Special Psychic Z are also solid options for it. Don't rule out Darmanitan it has sky high power, it hits harder than Victini (but its slower and lacks secondary STAB options) which can be useful against the ones which EV to survive a V-Create to say the least. Volcanion and Heatran to lead the way on the Special Attacking side.

- Mega Sharpedo, the Gyarados replacement with Speed Boost + Strong Jaw, good movepool is a fast powerful but frail attacker. Sharpedo with Z-Moves can be used for more power but Mega Swampert seems worth a slot with bulk, power and good typing and an element of surprise with non mega Rindo Berry CounterCoat set. On the special side are the common 1v1 mons like Primiarina, Tapu Fini, Mega Blastoise, Keldeo.

- After Tapu Lele, Necrozma is expected to take the Psychic stage (Along with Mega Gardevoir) with Z-Prismatic Laser, Scarf/Specs Laser and Setup (Iron Defense/Calm Mind/Moonlight) Stored Power sets (Specs Prismatic Laser actually hits harder than Psychic Z) but it'd get walled by Dark Types due to lack of coverage options against Dark.
Hoopa-Unbound has raw power and can be lethal with Scarf or a bulky Z set.
If Mega Alakazam (or regular) comes into play, I'd rather like to see an Attacking set rather than Disable (Which only works against Choiced Pokemon and otherwise can be played around easily)

- Mega Manectric for Special Attacking Electric typo along with Mega Ampharos (I don't have a set for this dem; Something with Thunderbolt, Dragon Pulse and HP Ice) Mega Manectric has Intimidate, Magnet Rise and Charge too with Overheat. Xurkitree is also an option with Scarf / Specs / Z-Zap Cannon. Electivire could be the Physical Electric Attacker it gets the elemental punch moves which is good but I don't expect much from it.

- Excadrill!!! the beast Ground Attacker after Chomp and Golem, Mold Breaker here with a good typing enable it to use Z-Moves and KO Sturdy Pokemon and others with ease thanks to its 135 base Attack.
Mega Aggron seems as if it would be one of the best mons in UU after we said goodbye to Kyurem-Black, Sub Zard Y, Magnezone, Cursekyu and Mega Venusaur. Only time would tell how viable it would be but on paper looks like A+(or S?) material
With high speed and mixed offences albeit a shallow movepool, Pheromosa looks good in 1v1 UU though it would face competition from Mega Heracross. A lot of Pokemon which otherwise defeated it are banned but even after the banning of some Sturdy Pokemon (Namely Magnezone and Donphan) Golem, Sawk, Crustle, Barbaracle, Carracosta, Relicanth still prevail and provided its low defence its easy to KO.

Mega Pinsir, Primarina, Tapu Fini, Snorlax, Alolan Marowak, Mega Sableye, Sawk, Kartana, Durant, Genesect are legal so many of us may find our regular teams legal in 1v1 UU Not me because 90% of my teams have either of the Zards
Overall seems fun with under used mons unfortunately we'll still have to deal with SubSeeders

Some ideas for MnM OU:

Buzzwole @ Aggronite
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Life
- Hammer Arm
- Ice Punch
- Roost

Thanks to Aggronite, it gains the great Bug/Steel type, losing all but its fire weakness and becomes a great physical wall, basically a beefed up Scizor-Mega. A Bulk Up set might be possible too, but it gets forced out too easily by red orb users - and that's why it should be paired with a blue orb user or other fire switchin.

Jirachi @ Blue Orb
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 SpD
Impish Nature
- Iron Head
- Wish
- Protect
- Stealth Rock

Jirachi with Blue Orb checks most -ate users and Red Orb Togekiss, while being able to set up Stealth Rock and providing wish support.

Cofagrigus @ Banettite
Ability: Mummy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Destiny Bond
- Shadow Ball / Hex

Maybe not more than a meme, but surely can be annoying with Prankster Will-o-Wisp, Pain Split and Destiny Bond, thanks to the latter it provides an emergency stop to an opposing out-of-control sweeper.

And this is an example why it is bad to determine tiers only by looking at usage stats:

Cresselia @ Sablenite / Aggronite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Moonlight

Back at the beginning of Gen 7, it almost got suspected due to its impressive bulk combined with status immunity due to Magic Bounce, which allows it to accumulate Calm Mind boosts with ease. With Marshadow's release, it became nearly worthless in regular MnM due to losing to Spectral Thief, so that it declined in usage, which allowed it to avoid the MnM UU banlist - but most pokemon which can stop it are on said banlist, so that it may need to be banned too.

FIRE and ICE!! I forgot the rest of the song

Summer (Vanilluxe) @ Red Orb
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Ice Beam/Blizzard
- Freeze-Dry
- Autotomize

you are going to be using weather ball most of the time but if weather ball does not work then use ice beam freeze dry is used solely to bop water types super effective that's it the third attacking move is to bop what ever you want super effective but freeze dry is the best in my opinion. How ever you could run hp rock to hit ho-oh.
I prefer ice beam over blizzard cause of the fact that ice beam hits 100% of the time compared to the 70% of the time of blizzard.

Bulky Fire Types: Oh-ho is the biggest threat that can come in on you as long as rocks are not up it will stop you dead how ever it hp rocks will knock out half its health easily if you are automized up you should be able to out speed it. Heatran might be a threat to it. it could catch the weather ball before it megas then bop you or anything else coming in with a boosted fire move. Arcanine also can hit you with its flare blitz

Bulky Water Types:
freeze dry is not the greatest stab in the world so bulky water types can shrug off a super effective hit or two, how ever they cant hit you with a water move most of the time.

Venusaurite Users: any wall with Venusaurite can easily stomach your stabs.

Blue Orb Users: any blue orb user can come in without taking to much damage from your weather ball.

252+ SpA Vanilluxe Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Arcanine: 189-223 (49.2 - 58%) -- 98% chance to 2HKO
252+ SpA Vanilluxe Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 248 HP / 52 SpD Ho-Oh: 105-123 (25.3 - 29.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252+ SpA Vanilluxe Hidden Power Rock vs. 248 HP / 52 SpD Ho-Oh: 224-264 (53.9 - 63.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Vanilluxe Hidden Power Rock vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Arcanine: 204-240 (53.1 - 62.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Vanilluxe Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Starmie: 164-193 (62.8 - 73.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Vanilluxe Freeze-Dry vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Starmie: 306-362 (117.2 - 138.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Man I love the sound of these UU OM's

Anyway I made a couple of sets, for BH I might add some more later.

Rayquaza @ Leftovers
Ability: Triage
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance/Tailglow
- Draco Meteor/Core Enforcer

This could also fulfill the role as an Atespeeder, and Megazard-Y could become a faster and stronger but more frail option.

Diancie @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Unaware/Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Gentle Nature
- Shore Up
- King's Shield
- Anchor Shot
- Moonblast

The set itself I ran to improof my team so the moves are optimizable

I might do calcs when I have more time and I know some threats.

Rayquaza: base form now gets to do the same thing
Mewtwo y: alakazam or base mewtwo now do the same thing
Groudon: no replacement, should be banned from standard anyway
Chansey/blissey: no replacement can take a basic shell smash hit now
Giratina: why is O forme not here
Gengar: why didnt marshadow drop literally never seen that thing
Mewtwo X: since the only thing fighting stab is good for is hitting darks we might as well shell smash our gardevoirs
Kyogre: base does the same thing
Registeel: havent seen it doing anything other than prankstering for a while
Solgaleo: metagross does the same thing
Sceptile: probably shaymin?
...
Kartana: If I hadnt been spamming it on the ladder it totally would have dropped.

in addition, all the bulky dark types are gone so you now only have muk and umbreon to switch into psychic smash spam

btw how will mega evos with stones and arceus formes count? will all arceus not holding a plate or crystal get cut off?

this is dumb. this was the finals on an OM roomtour and red orb spam won, this is so stupid.
you can just blindly spam red orb and win. he had a FF grass type, specifically to stop pdon, and i 2hko w/ brave bird this is so stupid.
please ban red orb.

add:

this tier looks quite a bit more broken than standard

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7balancedhackmons-619474777
this tier looks quite a bit more broken than standard
thats literally not true
i took down bulu w/ brave bird, i would easily take down megagross and mluke w/ 1karrows, i took down mswampert w/ solar blade
vcreate isnt broken. pdon is broken.

I will start off the post saying I don't play stall so these teams were hard for me to test but I powered through and I found quite a bit of success with these teams.

And what the hell has Mega Ray to do in MnM?

Lax and Mamo in AAA UU, interesting....

I think the - are the ones the UU format loses (aka they get banned from it) while + means they were unbanned.

MAMP

MAMP!
The Immortal can I ask that Red Orb and Kangaskhanite be banned from BH UU? I'm not entirely sure how the tiering process works for these, but pretty much everyone I've talked to about this agrees that these two mons are really broken.

Groudon @ Red Orb
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shift Gear
- Synthesis / Solar Blade
- Thousand Arrows
- V-create

Red Orb Groudon has very few decent defensive answers which it can very easily lure, is bulky enough to check half the meta and very easily set up, Imposter can't switch into it reliably, and it's just generally just not very healthy for the metagame.

Kangaskhan @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Nature's Madness
- Night Shade
- Extreme Speed
- Shore Up

Mega Kangaskhan is kept in check in regular BH by its middling speed tier, an abundance of very powerful offensive threats that can force it out, and the prevalence of both viable Ghost-types and Normal-types, forcing it to choose between running Night Shade and Seismic Toss. BH UU is a much slower metagame, making Kanga's base 100 speed a lot better. Offensive Pokemon in BH UU generally don't hit quite as hard, making Kanga harder to offensively pressure, and there are practically no viable Normal-types besides Kanga itself, meaning that Kanga can just 2HKO the whole metagame with Nature's Madness + Night Shade. Kanga single-handedly makes defensive playstyles unviable, and still pretty reliably gets 1 or 2 kills against very offensive teams.

The stats bot considers Rayquaza with Dragon Ascent as it was Mega Rayquaza.
If Mega Rayquaza really was unbanned, MnM UU would turn into MRay SPAM.

RNGIsFatal

Banned deucer.
The team I came up with:

Kyogre @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Water Spout
- Ice Beam / Freeze-Dry
- Spore
- Quiver Dance

Very few 'mons are able to handle Water Spout because we don't have anything like Mega Audino, Mega Gyarados, and AV Regen Kyogre. Just like in regular BH failure to prepare for this threat leads to instant 6-0.
Moonblast was not opted for due to Mega Gyarados' absence and Ice-type moves do much job making Kyogre able to do something even when unboosted.
Magic Bounce users are heavily pressured by boosted Water Spout while Unaware users must wear Safety Goggles to keep themselves from getting hit by Spore.

Salamence @ Sky Plate / Salamencite
Ability: Aerilate / Misty Surge / Download
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fake Out
- Extreme Speed
- Boomburst
- V-create

Choosing this guy because Mega Salamence is the fastest -ate user (if not, one of the) at this point and has decent mixed offense stats as well as formidable bulk. Sky Plate helps this guy hit harder in general while Misty Surge + Salamencite helps revenge killing stuff under Psychic Terrain. Download is for breaking havoc early game.

Gardevoir-Mega @ Choice Specs
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psycho Boost
- Fleur Cannon
- Techno Blast
- Stealth Rock

Why are people not exploring this thing? It hits like a truck:

252 SpA Choice Specs Tinted Lens Gardevoir-Mega Psycho Boost vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Steelix-Mega: 334-394 (94.3 - 111.2%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Tinted Lens Gardevoir-Mega Psycho Boost vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Mewtwo: 348-408 (83.6 - 98%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Choice Specs Tinted Lens Gardevoir-Mega Psycho Boost vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Scizor-Mega: 294-348 (85.4 - 101.1%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

If you are not named Cresselia / Alolan Muk or Steel-type with AV it just kills everything so yah.

Empoleon @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Scald
- Core Enforcer
- Rapid Spin
- U-turn

Improofs Kyogre (in emergency) and Gardevoir
Meme that soft checks most -ate users, Kyogre, Kyuremn and others while spreading burns and etc.

Steelix-Mega @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Thousand Waves / Knock Off
- Milk Drink
- Entrainment
- U-turn

Improofs Salamence
Not sure if there is any bright way to break this guy without using Fighting-types

Guzzlord @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick
- U-turn
- Whirlwind
- Soft-Boiled

Is there anything to say here?

--

The team is super weak to Mega Lucario but I have scarf Imposter so hopefully that'll do something about it

--

Regarding bans and stuff:

  • Ban Kangashkanite: MAMP said it all: outspeeds almost everything while being able to beat faster -ate users one on one, and lack of benemoths like Giratina / Zygarde-C means every Nature's Madness is going to cripple a wall that is not AV Regen.
  • Ban V-create: This is already a serious issue in regular BH meta because every -ate users just slap in this cash money into their movelot and call it a day. Steel-types can't reliably check -ate users because of this. I know banning a moev in BH is something unusual outsides stuff like Chatter and CFZ's but next to nothing can handle mixed wallbreaker with this move unless you decide to run Flash Fire Steel-type like I did.
  • Unban Lugia, Marshadow, and Deoxys-Speed: Lugia is passive AF while having weakness to Stealth Rock / Knock Off / Pursuit and stuf, Marshadow is powerless and don't compare Normalize set to Gengar please; 125 Attack is much easier to manage than 170 SpAtk. Deoxys-Speed has 0 offensive presence and suicide leads are checked p much the same way in UU BH as in regular BH tier.
Later

Hey I want to drop some cool sets that I have found.

Gourgeist-Super @ Aggronite
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Foul Play
- Leech Seed
- Will-O-Wisp
- Synthesis

On both of these sets you could run max defense rather then spdef. on the gyaraosite set you could run protect instead of wilo or toxic to widdle them down faster
Archeops @ Pinsirite
Ability: Defeatist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Return

MNM: losing terrakion is kinda sad but arcanine is back pex might give for varity to stall shuckle is going to be a great hazard setter breloom is going to be the same as before prankster sub+spore bisharp? what did bisharp do XD

the immortal can you clarify when you say zygard do you mean zydog also? no one uses zydog and you are counting forms as different from each other as you had both ash greninja and greninja on the ban list along with fairy arceus for a while so when you say zygard you are referring to 50% correct?

Yes. Zydog would be listed as Zygarde-10%.

Oh cool Chesnaught is down here in AAA UU...

Chesnaught @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Triage / Unburden
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Drain Punch
- Seed Bomb / Wood Hammer
- Spiky Shield

Basically put, click Belly Drum and try to spam Drain Punch if Triage. If Unburden, either of them (although imo Triage is better). Stuff like Zapdos, Noivern and Hoopa that check it are now gone, so yeah it will be harder to wall this without Psyterrain support and a little bit of Dazzling.

do you miss pdon in mnm uu? well your in luck there are a few discount pdons or "mini pdons" for you in mnm

Rhyperior @ Red Orb
Ability: Lightning Rod

Adamant Nature
- Fire Punch

EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Hoopa @ Cameruptite

Sunny days, hooray, rain days, go away... I got the flames, red orb!!
-said absolutely no one ever

anyway here are some cool red orb users, which could put some dents in stuff

Chandelure @ Red Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Solar Beam
- Substitute

You could run flame thrower for the 100% acc
energy ball to bop blue orb users I guess?
you could run Calm Mind to try to sweep

This set is stupidly Powerful, hitting things that resist it some what hard
252+ SpA Chandelure Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Kyogre: 151-178 (44.2 - 52.1%) -- 17.6% chance to 2HKO

Moltres @ Red Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam
- Ancient Power
- Agility

Again Flame thrower over fire blast
instead of ancient power or agility you could run roost/morning sun and go bulky

This thing does not hit as hard but can still put a dent in things, with its some what good special attack. Its Speed can be patched with agility

Togekiss @ Red Orb
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Dazzling Gleam
- Morning Sun
- Heal Bell
You can fit Nasty Plot in the place of dazzling gleams.
Again Flame thrower over fire blast for accuracy.
Roost over morning sun for less recovery but more pp

This thing can hit pretty hard and can function as a cleric on stall teams, as well as a wall breaker.

Hydreigon @ Red Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Earth Power
- U-turn
one last time flame thrower over fire blast for acc
you could also run tail wind and try to sweep for a few turns
you could also maybe run sub?
you could maybe go bulky and run roost

Dark Fire is an interesting typing.

Roserade @ Red Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Solar Beam
- Weather Ball
- Synthesis
- Growth
You could run energy ball in the place of solar beam you could run sleep powder instead of growth. you could also put spikes and tspikes in there some where

A pretty good Wall breaker can be switched out for venasure if you want a slightly more bulky mon

(plays epic music)
And now for the king of kings the god of gods, our one true god...
(please note that this is just kinda a meme)
Vanilluxe @ Red Orb
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Freeze-Dry
- Ice Beam
- Autotomize
You can always run hp ground over ice beam to to bop those pesky rock, and fire types that wall you to no end.

Burn all who stand in your way if they resist flames then freeze them
