Carnivine

Stats: 77 / 97 / 97 / 115 / 107 / 77 (570 BST)
Abilities: Levitate / Intimidate / Huge Power (HA)
Justification/Niche: Okay, I already know what you're thinking, 97 Atk with Huge Power and Choice Band shouldn't be allowed. You have a point, but the thing is, look at this thing's coverage, it gets Knock Off, Bug Bite and Return, that's all... So it doesn't have the coverage of Bulk, for example, that can destroy checks with Superpower, Zen Headbutt and Stone Edge. Speaking of Bulu, Carvine is only slightly stronger:

252+ Atk Choice Band Tapu Bulu Wood Hammer vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew in Grassy Terrain: 484-571 (141.9 - 167.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Carnivine Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 526-621 (154.2 - 182.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

So Carvine is pretty one dimensional, as it pretty much only has its Grass-type STAB to hit anything... Now, let's take a look how both Bulk and Carnivine match up against Grass resists:

+2 252+ Atk Tapu Bulu Superpower vs. 252 HP / 88+ Def Ferrothorn: 384-454 (109 - 128.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Huge Power Carnivine Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 88+ Def Ferrothorn: 255-300 (72.4 - 85.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Choice Band Tapu Bulu Zen Headbutt vs. 248 HP / 88 Def Venusaur-Mega: 224-264 (61.7 - 72.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Carnivine Knock Off vs. 248 HP / 88 Def Venusaur-Mega: 148-175 (40.7 - 48.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

+2 252+ Atk Tapu Bulu Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 248 HP / 212+ Def Tangrowth in Grassy Terrain: 324-382 (80.3 - 94.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery
+2 252+ Atk Huge Power Carnivine Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 248 HP / 212+ Def Tangrowth: 352-415 (87.3 - 102.9%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO

So, as you can see, they match up pretty similarly in most scenarios, so if this is broken, so is Bulu :)

Sunflora

Stats: 93 / 31 / 97 / 119 / 137 / 93 (570 BST)
Abilities: Natural Cure / Regenerator / Thick Fat (HA)
New Moves: Discharge, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Justification/Niche: A Defensive Pivot that with only two weaknesses in Bug and Poison, which are very uncommon offensive typings. It can alternatively opt for Regenerator for recovery when switching out or the extremely niche Natural Cure to avoid Toxic Stall. It has great bulk and offensive presence, as well as Discharge to punish faster threats allowing it to deal with Tapu Koko, Manectric, Ash-Greninja and Magnezone. Though, being weak to U-turn is never a great thing, and the choice between Regenerator and Thick Fat is very tough to make, the former making it weak to Fire and Ice and the latter allowing it to be more easily PP Stalled and weakened throughout a match.

Gourgeist

Small-Sized Stats: 80 / 130 / 80 / 60 / 110 / 110 (570 BST)
Average-Sized Stats: 93 / 120 / 93 / 60 / 117 / 97 (570 BST)
Large-Sized Stats: 107 / 110 / 97 / 60 / 123 / 83 (570 BST)
Super-Sized Stats: 120 / 100 / 90 / 60 / 130 / 70 (570 BST)
Abilities: Flame Body / Cursed Body / Sheer Force (HA)
New Moves: Power Whip, Flare Blitz, Poison Jab
Justification/Niche: Gourgeist is now a very versatile Pokémon; Small-Sized can be a fearsome wallbreaker with LO Sheer Force or a Scarfer capable of outspending almost anything else; Super-Sized on the other hand is a Tank and is very tough to take down, great defensive typing and tremendous bulk enables it to wall BoltBeam users like Magearna, Medicham, Manectric and non Z-Move Kyurem-B, as well as stop Fire-types like Volcarona, Charizard-Y and Heatran. Unfortunately, it is Rocks weak, and can be a momentum drain in certain occasions.
About Gourgeist, don't forget that Mega Charizard Y is Fire/Flying, thus able to spam Air Slash against any size of Gourgeist.

Yoshiblaze's Kricketune for tiebreaker

Pokemon
: Raichu
Type: Electric/Grass
BST: 80/120/70/90/90/120 (570)
Abilities: Reckless, Magic Guard (Hidden: Thick Fat)
New Moves: Wood Hammer, Leaf Blade, Energy Ball
Removed Moves: (optional, if you don't feel it makes sense with new typing)
Justification/Niche: Raichu, as an Electric-type associated with the forest (and having the second best Electric move as its signature), felt perfect for this type. Raichu is now a reasonably fast sweeper who can either spam Life Orb with recoil moves with no consequences or break your face with Reckless-boosted double recoil STAB. It has trouble with Dragon and Grass types, but hey, every 'mon has weaknesses, unless they're Mega Rayquaza.
Sample moveset:
Raichu @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Volt Tackle
- Wood Hammer
- Extreme Speed / Fake Out / Brick Break

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Leaf Guard / (HA: Contrary)
New Moves: Fire Lash, Flare Blitz, Overheat
Removed Moves: (optional, if you don't feel it makes sense with new typing)
Justification/Niche: Primarily designed to be a physical abuser of Sun, but can also be a special Contrary abuser.
Sample moveset:
Lurantis (item can be set to preference)
Ability: Chlorphyll
EVS: 252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe

formerly The Reptile

Pokemon:
Gogoat
Type:

BST: 123/105(+05)/66(+4)/97/101(+20)/58(-10) [BST 550]
Abilities: Sap Sipper / Speed Boost / Grass Pelt (HA)
New Moves: Head Smash, Stone Edge, Aromatherapy
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: These changes make Gogoat an interesting Pokemon that, while slow at first, builds up speed the longer its on the field. It also has really good special bulk and ok physical bulk, making Bulk Up an attractive options for the speeding goat. A simple support set can also work well, with Speed Boost only being a bonus to it.

Sample moveset

Code:
Offensive Bulk Up (Gogoat) @ Life Orb / Rockium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Horn Leech / Leaf Blade
- Stone Edge / Head Smash / Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Earthquake

Bulky (Gogoat) @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up / Leech Seed
- Horn Leech / Leaf Blade
- Milk Drink
- Substitute / Protect / Aromatherapy / Toxic

Pokemon:
Xurkitree
Type:

BST: 83/83(-3)/71/173/71/89(+6) [BST 570]
Abilities: Beast Boost
New Moves: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Agility
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: Its new typing provides an additional STAB, alongside some useful defensive benefits like removing its weakness to Ground-type attacks and a resistance to Water-type attacks. While neat on its own, Xurkitree also now has access to Agility as a set-up moves, allowing it to ditch its old Z-Hypnosis set as a means to gain speed.

Sample moveset

Code:
Choice (Xurkitree) @ Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunderbolt / Energy Ball

Set-up (Xurkitree) @ Life Orb / Grassium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility / Tail Glow
- Giga Drain / Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Leaf Storm

Double Dance (Xurkitree) @ Life Orb / Electrium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility

- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Giga Drain

Pokemon:
Bellossom
Type:

BST: 60(-15)/65(-15)/75(-20)/115(+25)/90(-10)/85(+35) [BST 490]
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Flash Fire (HA)
New Moves: Fiery Dance, Overheat, Earth Power
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: The small dancing plant now finds a couple of cool niches for itself. The first is the obvious sun sweeping one with its access to Chlorophyll and the sun boosting its Fire STAB. While this is probably going to be the more popular option for it, Bellossom isn't completely reliant on the sun, as it can use Quiver Dance to boosts its own speed naturally. With Flash Fire, it can set-up on various Fire attacks and boost its modest 85 speed.

Sample moveset

Code:
Sun Sweeper (Bellossom) @ Life Orb / Grassium Z / Firium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat / Fiery Dance
- Solar Beam
- Earth Power / Quiver Dance
- Sleep Powder

Quiver Dance (Bellossom) @ Life Orb / Groundium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Pokemon: Maractus
Type:

BST: 115/100/70/110/110/65 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Water Absorb / Swift Swim / Storm Drain (HA)
New Moves: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Sword Dance
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Remember that Tangrowth had managed to be in OU (as of this writing) despite glaringly low 50 Special Defense? Maractus will follow the same route, but this time more of a special wall. I also changed Chrolophyll by Swift Swim to make it less risky since Water-type are less dangerous for Grass-type than Fire-type, and Ice-type are obviously not boosted by rain. It also got much-needed coverage to defend itself against threats, and its increased Attack means that it can finally make good use of Sucker Punch, Knock Off and even a strong STAB in the form of Wood Hammer. It is still slow without Swift Swim under the rain, and the coverages are limited to Physical sets, but the Special Set can make up for it by safely pivoting into dangerous Water-type threats with Water Absorb or Storm Drain.

Pokemon: Sceptile
Type:

BST: 70/120/65/120/75/120 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Overgrow / Galvanize / Motor Drive (HA)
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Nasty Plot, Thunder
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Sceptile is interesting in that it got plentiful Physical moves, but its comparatively low base Attack is what prevents Sceptile from pulling their potential. This optimized Sceptile will not only make use of Leaf Blade, Earthquake, and Rock Slide but also become a respectable mixed sweeper, being able to use Sword Dance for Physical variants or Nasty Plot for Special variants. Galvanize allows Sceptile to convert Normal-type Moves into Electric-type moves, while also giving them more oomph, notably Quick Attack, Double-Edge and Return, if you think that Thunder Punch will not do it. It is still frail, with Special Defense being lowered, and not much Special coverage, but if you can set it up, there will be a nice sweep attack.

Pokemon: Bellossom
Type:

BST: 100/70/110/130/110/50 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Drought / Natural Cure (HA)
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Earth Power
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: How and why in the world would Bellossom just lose its Poison-type instead of keeping it or, I don't know, replace it with another type? In this case, we got Fire-type. It is as slow as Tangrowth, but is also a Fire-type, bulky on both side, capable of summoning Sunny Day with Drought, and able to use Rest then switch away without keeping it with Natural Cure. The Drought set might be the most used in my opinion, as it only got three weaknesses, two of them solvable with Earth Power for Poison and Grass STAB for Rock, leaving Flying its real weakness, and able to freely spam Solar Beam (Solar Spam?) and Fire-type moves afterward, while also heal a lot of damage with Synthesis. Oh, and Bellossom can already learn Quiver Dance. Have fun with that.

Pokemon
: Lilligant
Type:

BST: 100 / 60 / 95 / 130 / 75 / 110 (+30 HP, +20 Def, +20 Spa, +20 Spe)
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Serene Grace / Own Tempo
New Moves: Fiery Dance, Earth Power, Bug Buzz
Justification/Niche: This thing has good Physical bulk and a decent typing on defence, which allows it to set up a Quiver Dance. This mon is also a very good way to abuse sun. With Chlorophyll, you can run sets like Solar Beam, and Fiery Dance. In the sun, Fiery Dance gains a 2.25x multiplier on damage, and also has a chance to raise SpA, meaning it's a 180 BP move after STAB, and it can make Lilligant even stronger. Own Tempo is there as a way to abuse Petal Dance, although it's probably not optimal. Serene Grace is a way to abuse Fiery Dance so that it always gives the boost.
Sample movesets:
Lilligant (F) @ Icium Z / Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Solar Beam
- Fiery Dance
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Lilligant (F) @ Life Orb

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Pokemon: Xurkitree
Type:

BST: 83 / 71 / 83 / 173 / 71 / 89 (-18 Atk, +12 Def, +6 Spe)
Abilities: Beast Boost / Magnet Pull / (No Guard)
New Moves: Ice Beam, Leaf Storm
Justification/Niche: Just a revamped Xurkitree. With less attack and more Speed and Defence, this is a pain to deal with. It can trap Steel types (Mainly Skarmory and Celesteela) and hit them hard. It can also still run Z-Hypnosis without the risk of missing, or just good old Beast Boost.
Sample movesets: Eh. Just run a regular set and replace HP Ice with Ice Beam

Let me start out by saying thank you to everyone making Xurkitree a Grass/Electric-type. I could go on a full rant on why it should've been one, but nobody has time for that, so moving on

Pokemon:
Leafeon
Type: Grass
BST: 95 / 130 / 65 / 60 / 65 / 110 = 525 BST (Rearranged evolution stats)
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Tough Claws (HA)
New Moves: Drill Run, Low Kick, Horn Leech
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: We already buffed Glaceon, so why not make it 2/2 for Sinnoh Eeveelutions? Having the same Attack and ability as Mega Charizard X while having a much better Speed tier makes Leafeon a very threatening setup sweeper. Tough Claws boosts the power of it's main STAB, Leaf Blade or Horn Leech depending if you like power or healing, as well as every single useful coverage move it has at it's disposal including, but not limited to, Drill Run, Low Kick, Knock Off, Quick Attack, X-Scissor, and Iron Tail. With these boosts, Leafeon becomes the premier physical Grass-type.
Swords Dance:
Leafeon @ Life Orb

+2 252 Atk Leafeon Supersonic Skystrike (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 88 Def Venusaur-Mega: 408-480 (112.3 - 132.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Leafeon Corkscrew Crash (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 64 Def Unaware Clefable: 468-552 (118.7 - 140.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Leafeon Savage Spin-Out (160 BP) vs. 248 HP / 212+ Def Tangrowth: 442-522 (109.6 - 129.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Type:
Grass/Fire
BST: 92 (+22) / 60 / 95 (+25) / 100 (+13) / 103 (+25) / 120 (+35) = 570 BST
Abilities: Flower Gift / Flash Fire / Drought (HA)
New Moves: Will-O-Wisp, U-Turn, Flamethrower
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Cherrim needs some love and what better way to give something love than to give it a weather ability? It worked for Pelipper, it worked for Torkoal, and it can work here. Cherrim sports a pretty good Grass/Fire-typing, made even better in the sun (just ask CAP's Pyroak how good Grass/Fire is) and sports a good number of options for sets, from offensive, to fast support, to straight up offense. 100 Special Attack when boosted by weather is no joke and 120 Speed can make Cherrim a threatening offensive mon. On the other hand, Cherrim has good 92/95/103 bulk and a plethora of support moves like Leech Seed, Will-O-Wisp, Healing Wish, U-Turn, and Aromatherapy to make for a good fast support mon or even wall. Also, yes regular Cherrim also has the buffs, I just like how Cherrim-Sunshine looks more, so I used that sprite.
Offensive:
Cherrim @ Choice Specs / Firium Z
Ability: Drought
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Type: Grass/Electric
BST: 87 (+20) / 117 (+59) / 77 (+20) / 81 / 87 (+20) / 121 (+20) = 570 BST
Abilities: Harvest / Cheek Pouch / Sap Sipper (HA)
New Moves: Petal Blizzard, Leech Seed, Swords Dance
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: This cute little guy now has a pretty cool niche now in two words: Natural Gift. With 2 abilities that interact with berries, Harvest to get them for free and Cheek Pouch for longevity in combination with Recycle, Dedenne can be a pretty fun Pokemon to use with an assortment of berries to use. Natural Gift can be a powerful move of any type and the biggest problem of it is now fixed by either Harvest or Recycle. With this, Dedenne can do a ton of shenanigans, as it's pretty unpredictable. Or, heck, you can just go the Sap Sipper route, as you have 2 good stabs, Swords Dance, and at least Play Rough for coverage. Just watch out for Knock Off and you'll be fine.
Harvest:
Dedenne @ Ganlon Berry / Durin Berry / Apicot Berry / Lansat Berry / Micle Berry
Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Banned deucer.
Grass/Fire: Tsareena
New stats: 122 (+50) / 130 (+10) / 98 / 50 / 98 / 72 (570)
Abilities: Unburden, Queenly Majesty, Chlorophyll
New Moves: Blaze Kick, Solar Blade, Knock Off
Competitive Stuff: Chlorophyll Tsareena can work excellently as a sun sweeper, with great Speed and access to STAB that benefits from sunlight like Solar Blade and Blaze Kick. Its 130 base Attack, combined with coverage like Play Rough, U-Turn, Knock Off and High Jump Kick, allows it to tear through opposing teams, and even more so if you opt to slap Z-Splash on it for a quick +3. Unburden, on the other hand, allows Tsareena to run Acrobatics as well. If you want to put Rapid Spin on it to remove entry hazards, that's also fine. It's also excellent defensively, with great defensive stats and only a few weaknesses to relatively uncommon types that are mostly taken care of by STAB or coverage, and its status as a great physical attacker is elevated by its immunity to being burned.

Grass/Electric: Eelektross
New stats: 90 (+5) / 135 (+20) / 80 / 135 (+30) / 80 / 50 (570)
Abilities: No Guard, Simple, Volt Absorb
New Moves: Power Whip, Energy Ball, Volt Tackle
Competitive Stuff: An absolute monster whether physically, specially, or mixed. No Guard gives Eelektross a 100% accurate Zap Cannon or Power Whip for all of your powerful STAB needs, as well as accurate Gunk Shot and Iron Tail for physical coverage. Simple Coil is arguably even better for physical Eelektross, as it gives +2 Accuracy, allowing guaranteed hits for all of Eelektross's physical moves, as well as granting +2 to Attack and Defense. Knock Off, Flamethrower or Acid Spray are also viable options for coverage.

Grass: Florges
New stats: 96 (+18) / 45 (-20) / 88 (+20) / 112 / 154 / 75 (570)
Abilities: Fur Coat, Flower Veil, Magic Guard
New Moves: Cotton Guard, Leech Seed, Spiky Shield
Competitive Stuff: It has great defensive stats, three amazing defensive abilities and a great stall movepool featuring Cotton Guard, Leech Seed, Spiky Shield, Toxic and Wish. It can also support the rest of the team with Aromatherapy, and can even use Camouflage to change its horrible defensive type to something better, like Normal or even Fairy if Misty Terrain is up.

Pokemon: Cherrim (Always in Sunshine)
Type: Grass / Fire
BST: 120 / 100 / 145 / 25 / 110 / 70
Abilities: Magic Guard (Drought)
New Moves: Stone Edge, U-Turn, Fire Lash
Removed Moves: (optional, if you don't feel it makes sense with new typing)
Justification/Niche: I decided to take a different direction for Cherrim, based more on its CAP Cousin (Pyroak). It has great bulk and attack. It's abilities can both be offensive and defensive. Magic Guard gives an immunity to Stealth Rock but also provides an easy Life Orb boost without recoil. Drought powers up the already great Fire Lash, but also can provide utility to the rest of its team. It also has a great way to pivot with U-Turn and coverage for Flying-types with Stone Edge.

Sample movesets:

Cherrim @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Petal Blizzard
- Fire Lash
- Stone Edge
- Synthesis

Cherrim @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def (or SpDef)
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Flower Shield
- Synthesis
- Petal Blizzard / Fire Lash

Flower Shield is for once relevant!

Cherrim @ Choice Band
Ability: Drought
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def (or SpDef)
Adamant Nature
- Fire Lash
- Petal Blizzard
- U-Turn
- Stone Edge

Cherrim @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def (or SpDef)
Impish Nature
- Fire Lash
- U-Turn
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis

While the EVs don't change much, it works well with a different item with each set, making it hard to tell what you're facing at first. It can work as Drought support, a bulky Choice Band user, a powerful Life Orb Magic Guard user, or a hazard-free defensive threat. Each set on its own carve niches for Cherrim and combined put Cherrim in the spotlight and give it the love that it rightly deserves.

Pokemon: Dedenne
Type: Grass / Electric
BST: 70 / 40 / 105 / 140 / 105 / 110
Abilities: Triage, Regenerator, Water Absorb
New Moves: Aromatherapy, Giga Drain, Strength Sap
Justification/Niche: Priority draining moves! Even though Draining Kiss/Parabolic Charge has low base power, Giga Drain has respectable power and the 140 Special Attack will still do some damage. Priority Aromatherapy is also an interesting option, Grass/Electric makes Dedenne immune to Spore and paralysis, which helps with team support. Strength Sap is also a recovery/debuffing move. Grass/Electric is a good rain-counter typing, and Water Absorb completely shuts down Scald fishing.

Abilities: Mold Breaker, Regenerator, Thick Fat
New Moves: Spore, Fire Blast, Ice Beam
Justification/Niche: Just proper coverage options and an upgraded Sleep Powder with more speed/special bulk. Mold breaker is an option if you want to be more annoying with Spore and so Earthquake hits Levitators. Thick Fat for less weaknesses.

Tangrowth @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 212 Def / 48 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
- Spore
- Ice Beam/Fire Blast

Type: Grass/Fire
BST: 90 / 65 / 80 / 130 / 80 / 125
Abilities: Contrary, Solar Power, Chlorophyll
New Moves: Overheat, Fire Blast, Ice Beam
Justification/Niche: Patched up Sunflora's speed to make it a nuke especially under sun. Contrary shenanigans are also fun and Ice Beam is for coverage.

Sunflora @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spd / 4 Def

Sample movesets:

You probably didn't know, but Tangrowth is already OU and this is despite low Special Defense of 50. Of course, if you wanted it better, I don't mind.

All right, I changed it. But is Bolt Strike really a legendary signature move? Victini gets it through an event, and I think it's technically "mythical" and not "legendary" but I can still see where you're coming from I guess.

That's a really well-designed Dedenne, with lots of power and priority but common OU counters that prevent it from being broken (Tapu Lele). I can see it fitting in well in the OU meta. I'd certainly use it.

Pokemon:
Gogoat
Type:

BST: 123/105(+05)/66(+4)/97/101(+20)/58(-10) [BST 550]
Abilities: Sap Sipper / Speed Boost / Grass Pelt (HA)
New Moves: Head Smash, Stone Edge, Aromatherapy
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: These changes make Gogoat an interesting Pokemon that, while slow at first, builds up speed the longer its on the field. It also has really good special bulk and ok physical bulk, making Bulk Up an attractive options for the speeding goat. A simple support set can also work well, with Speed Boost only being a bonus to it.

Sample moveset

Code:
Offensive Bulk Up (Gogoat) @ Life Orb / Rockium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Horn Leech / Leaf Blade
- Stone Edge / Head Smash / Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Earthquake

Bulky (Gogoat) @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up / Leech Seed
- Horn Leech / Leaf Blade
- Milk Drink
- Substitute / Protect / Aromatherapy / Toxic

Pokemon:
Xurkitree
Type:

BST: 83/83(-3)/71/173/71/89(+6) [BST 570]
Abilities: Beast Boost
New Moves: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Agility
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: Its new typing provides an additional STAB, alongside some useful defensive benefits like removing its weakness to Ground-type attacks and a resistance to Water-type attacks. While neat on its own, Xurkitree also now has access to Agility as a set-up moves, allowing it to ditch its old Z-Hypnosis set as a means to gain speed. It still, however, has no ways to boost its Special Attack, although it is already pretty high on its own.

Sample moveset

Code:
Choice (Xurkitree) @ Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunderbolt / Energy Ball

Agility (Xurkitree) @ Life Orb / Grassium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Agility
- Giga Drain / Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Leaf Storm

Pokemon:
Bellossom
Type:

BST: 60(-15)/65(-15)/75(-20)/115(+25)/90(-10)/85(+35) [BST 490]
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Flash Fire (HA)
New Moves: Fiery Dance, Overheat, Earth Power
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: The small dancing plant now finds a couple of cool niches for itself. The first is the obvious sun sweeping one with its access to Chlorophyll and the sun boosting its Fire STAB. While this is probably going to be the more popular option for it, Bellossom isn't completely reliant on the sun, as it can use Quiver Dance to boosts its own speed naturally. With Flash Fire, it can set-up on various Fire attacks and boost its modest 85 speed.

Sample moveset

Code:
Sun Sweeper (Bellossom) @ Life Orb / Grassium Z / Firium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat / Fiery Dance
- Solar Beam
- Earth Power / Quiver Dance
- Sleep Powder

Quiver Dance (Bellossom) @ Life Orb / Groundium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance
- Earth Power
- Sleep Powder / Hidden Power [Ice] / Giga Drain
Xurk gets Tail Glow to boost Sp.Atk.

I just have a soft spot for Tangrowth and wanted to make it better :P

Okay, you can now vote!

Please use this format and remember to have a vote for each category. You can't vote for yourself.

Grass: Member's Pokemon
Grass/Electric: Member's Pokemon
Grass/Fire: Member's Pokemon

Voting ends 30th of July

Grass - Yoshiblaze's Leafeon, Exploudit's Carnivine, Speny's Meganium
Grass + Electric - Yoshiblaze's Dedenne, Pika Xreme's Raichu, Exploudit's Sunflora
Grass + Fire - Ludicrousity's Liligant, Samtendo09's Bellossom, Exploudit's Gourgeist

Just curious, I decided on one single entry for each vote to make it simpler but would people prefer a 3-2-1 voting system?

In the meantime, my votes:

Grass: Yoshiblaze's Leafeon
Grass/Electric: Samtendo09's Sceptile
Grass/Fire: Samtendo09's Bellossom

canno

formerly The Reptile
Grass: Yoshiblaze's Leafeon
Grass/Electric: Exploudit's Sunflora
Grass/Fire: Samtendo09's Bellossom

alephgalactus

Banned deucer.
Grass: Yoshiblaze's Leafeon
Grass/Electric: Solarblade's Dedenne
Grass/Fire: Exploudit's Gourgeist

I prefer the single-voting system. If we do the 3-2-1 system, things will get way more complicated, we'd have to decide whether to allow self-voting for lower votes, etc.
