Skarmory is able to stand out in UU as a Spiker with defensive utility. It is able to handle strong physical attackers with its bulk such as Mamoswine, Tapu Bulu, and Lycanroc-D. Rocky Helmet is able to wear down these physical attackers too. The Speed investment is mainly for Belly Drum Azumarill. Whirlwind stops setup sweepers such as Swords Dance Scizor and Cosmic Power Mew. Toxic lets it cripple Pokemon like Rhyperior, Rotom-H, and Slowking that do not mind switching into Brave Bird. Tangrowth and Amoonguss are able to deal with physical attackers that can otherwise muscle past Skarmory such as Zeraora, Terrakion, and Crawdaunt. Skarmory can be removed by special attackers such as Thundurus and Galarian Moltres. Chansey is able to sponge most special attacks for Skarmory and set up Stealth Rock. Slowking can check Victini and pivot into special attackers like Salamence for Skarmory. Slowking appreciates Skarmory's ability to switch into Krookodile and Zarude in return. Spikes are able to wear down defensive pivots like Tangrowth and Amoonguss, so setup sweepers like Kommo-o, Terrakion, and Zeraora appreciate the support to clean late game.

Rocky Helmet is able to wear down these physical attackers too. The speed investment is mainly for Belly Drum Azumarill. It has Whirlwind to stop set up sweepers such as Swords Dance Scizor or Cosmic Power Mew. Toxic lets it cripple Pokemon like Rhyperior, Rotom-H, and Slowking. Body Press and Iron Defense are alternatives to hit Bisharp and Terrakion and apply some offensive pressure, but Whirlwind stops most of the pokemon Iron Defense helps against. No Brave Bird makes Azumarill and Tapu Bulu more difficult to deal with as well. if it's not slashed then it doesn't get mentioned in spotlights, if you need to make up the wordcount then a line about teammates like tang that help with physical attackers skarmory doesn't like dealing with [zeraora, terrakion, bisharp] could work here Skarmory can be removed by special attackers such as Thundurus, Latias, and Moltres-Galar Galarian Moltres. Chansey is able to sponge most special attacks for Skarmory and set up Stealth Rock. Slowking can pivot into special attackers as well and appreciates Skarmory's ability to switch into Kroodile and Zarude also a good check to Victini.
