Scizor is one of my favoirte pokemon so i wanted to find a way to fit it into a team however,pretty much any fire type pokemon can kill it so i decided to make a rain team.I use superpower to deal with heatran.

Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 36 Def / 224 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald

- Roost
- Defog
Pretty obvious choice,needed someone to set up rain.

Kingdra (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Signal Beam
- Surf
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
Kingdra is a fast sweeper and is generally good if you can get it on the field.Singal beam is there to deal with dark types since my team is kinda weak to them.

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Giga Drain
- Dazzling Gleam
Celebi is just here because its kind of tanky and good offensivley also i needed a grass type.
Xurkitree @ Psychium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Energy Ball
- Tail Glow
- Hyper Beam
I just wanted to get myself another set up sweeper and Xurkitree does that.If youre able to land z hypnosis you can set up a tail glow,kill your opponent and get a beast boost buff.
Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 32 Def / 216 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Slack Off
I just wanted to get a generally tanky pokemon that can take hits without dying.

Here are the changes I would suggest to this team:
1. Hippowdown is a big momentum sink and is only really suited for defensive teams. It messes up your own Rain as well, so it's not suited for this team.
I reccomend swapping it for Mega Swampert. It provides an electric immunity and a second rain abuser and solid wallbreaker. It also pressures a lot of Kingdra answers such as Ferrothorn.
2. Celebi and Xurkitree are both just not viable in OU. The competition in OU is too stiff for either of them to keep. I reccomend swapping Celebi for Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn helps vs Ash-Greninja and Mega Alakazam, both pokemon your team struggles with in its current state. And swap Xurkitree for Ash-Greninja. A-Gren had good synergy with your other rain sweepers and is a great pokemon on rain in general.
3. Maybe swap Mega Scizor with Tornadus to provide a Kartana and Mega Medi pivot. Scizor doesnt have much synergy with your team.

Gonna be honest with you, there isn't any fixing this team. Hippowdown and Scizor are the only 2 OU viable mons on the team (save pelipper but it certainly isn't viable when kingdra is the only sweeper to take advantage of rain). I would recommend finding a sample team here (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/sm-ou-sample-teams.3695427/) so you have a good team to learn the tier with, and once you better understand the tier you can work on teambuilding from there.
