Password trouble

When I try to put in my password after putting my name, Hanako, in the choose name box, it says I have the wrong password. Is there a different password for playing Showdown than for the forum?

your accounts on showdown and smogon are separate, if you're unable to register a name on showdown its most likely taken. If you wanted to register Hanako its been taken since 22/05/2013 http://pokemonshowdown.com/users/hanako

I think your username is already taked, so try a other username not registered. Ex: http://pokemonshowdown.com/users/fkaifjqfe
