Nidoking stands out as a ferocious wallbreaker that can break apart balance with relative ease! The usual teambuilding patterns of balance that involve staples like Hippowdon, Gligar, Empoleon, and a possible Fairy-type fall prey to Nidoking. Nidoking has a very easy time setting up a Substitute, as it forces the opponent to gamble on what it will use due to its perfect coverage. Nidoking easily forces switches, and once it's behind a Substitute, it has no issues firing off powerful Sheer Force-boosted attacks with little prediction involved. Nidoking also provides a bit of defensive utility, as it provides an offensive check to fast Electric-types like Mega Manectric and Zeraora. Nidoking usually needs to be brought in through pivoting due to its poor bulk. Hydreigon, Mega Manectric, and Scizor go well with Nidoking, as the former draws in Fairy-types for Nidoking to take advantage of, while the latter two, when used together, create a VoltTurn core that can get Nidoking onto the field with relative ease.

Nidoking stands out as a ferocious wallbreaker in the tier that can break apart Balance with relative ease! The usual teambuilding patterns of Balance that involve staples like Hippowdon, Gligar, Empoleon, and then a possible Fairy-type fall prey to Nidoking. Through pivoting, Nidoking will often force switch-ins once it gets on the field because of its overwhelming power which gives it plenty of opportunities to set up a Substitute. Once behind a Substitute, most threats that could outspeed and remove it such as Mega Aerodactyl and Krookodile fall to Ice Beam. Nidoking also provides a miniature amount of defensive utility as it provides an offensive check to fast Electric-types like Mega Manectric and Zeraora. Nidoking does usually need to be brought in through pivoting due to its frail defenses. Luckily, the omnipotent Choice Scarf Hydreigon is one of the best pivots for Nidoking as it lures in Fairy-types before using U-turn to get out which Nidoking can easily take advantage of from there.
The last sentence is pretty flawed. Choice scarf drei is far from "omnipotent", and your sole reason for it being a good partner is that it can uturn out of fairy-types. Remove this sentence entirely, and replace it with a couple nice examples of pivots that can bring nidoking in safely and patch up its weak matchups, ex. drei, infernape, scizor.

I feel you could do a better job explaining Substitute's usefulness here. It gets so many opportunities to set up substitute because almost all of its counterplay involves the opponent predicting what move the nidoking will use and switching into a faster mon that resists the predicted move (you can and should absolutely make this phrasing way more concise than i did). This is also why sub is so useful; it takes the prediction factor out of the question and just makes it such that if the opponent switches, nidoking gets off any one attack prediction-free. Nidoking doesn't only get opportunities to use Ice Beam after it uses Substitute, and you should give some more varied examples of potential soft checks Substitute screws over when rewriting the two Substitute sentences. (Rewrite the two substitute sentences from scratch please)

The usual teambuilding patterns of Balance balance that involve staples like Hippowdon, Gligar, Empoleon, and then a possible Fairy-type fall prey to Nidoking. Nidoking has a ridiculously very easy time setting up a Substitute,(AC) as it forces the opponent to gamble on what Nidoking it will use due to its perfect coverage. Nidoking most likely easily forces out a switch switches,(AC) and once its it's behind a Substitute, Nidoking it has no issues firing off powerful Sheer Force-boosted attacks boosted by Sheer Force with almost no little prediction involved. Nidoking also provides a miniature amount bit of defensive utility,(AC) as it provides an offensive check to fast Electric-types like Mega Manectric and Zeraora. Nidoking does usually need needs to be brought in through pivoting due to its frail defenses poor bulk. However, there are various pivots that exist in UnderUsed that make for fantastic pivots to Nidoking.(this is filler content pretty much) Hydreigon, Mega Manectric, and Scizor are strong pivots to go well with Nidoking,(AC) as the former lures draws in Fairy-types for Nidoking to abuse take advantage of, while the latter two,(AC) when used together,(AC) create a VoltTurn core that can get Nidoking onto the field with relative ease.

this was a good bit above the character limit of 1000, so I did some trimming and rephrasing to help with that. gp 1/1 once done
