[OVERVIEW]

**Psychic:**
Victini is a staple Pokémon on psychic, providing the type with a powerful fire type attacker, fast check to sweepers, pivot, wall breaker, trick user, and late game sweeper. Victini’s Psychic/Fire typing is fantastic on psychic against Bug, Steel, Grass, Ice, checking some of the most troublesome threats to psychic with V-Create, while threatening to sweep Bug, Grass, and Ice with Blue Flare. Scizor-Mega, Volcarona, Pinsir-Mega, Choice Scarf Heracross, and other threats are checked by Victini. Victini’s strength lies in its powerful movepool; blessed with access to some of the most powerful moves in the game, V-Create, Bolt Strike, and Blue Flare, as well as a solid base 100 speed, Victini exerts strong offensive presence on the metagame by threatening attackers and walls alike. V-Create hits surprisingly hard and is able to OHKO or 2HKO anything that doesn't resist the move. Unfortunately, Victini’s offensive stats of 100 / 100 aren’t very impressive; furthermore, the 100+ speed tier is populated by many notable threats that can punish Victini after a V-Create, such as Garchomp, Terrakion, Gengar, and Latios. While 100 / 100 / 100 defenses are fantastic, the weakness to common attacking types, such as ground, dark, rock, and water limit the ability for Victini to switch into attacks safely.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf (Psychic)
move 1: V-create
move 2: Bolt Strike
move 3: U-turn
move 4: Blue Flare / Trick
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Victory Star
nature: Hasty
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Spa / 252 Spe

Moves
========

Victini's V-Create is Victini’s most powerful and most reliable move, used primarily for wall breaking and revenge killing due to the sheer power of the move. Most Pokémon that do not resist V-Create are either OHKOed or 2HKOed by the move. However, the power of the move comes with Defense, Special Defense, and Speed stat drops. Bolt Strike is Victini’s secondary attack, primarily geared toward hitting weakened Pokémon without losing speed and bulk in the process while maintaining a solid accuracy. Bolt Strike hits water types and flying types super effectively, with both types being top tier threats in monotype. U-Turn is a fantastic pivoting move that can gain momentum early game and mid game to swing the game in your favor while also punishing common switch ins to Victini. Blue Flare is used for a sweep late game with a strong fire STAB move against Bug, Grass and Ice. Because Blue Flare does not induce stat drops, it can be spammed more without worrying about a decrease in speed. Unfortunately, Victini is mainly physical, so Blue Flare will not particularly powerful. Trick is an alternate option to disable many walls, such as Skarmory, Chansey, Porygon-2, Slowbro, Mandibuzz, and many others. Unfortunately, the loss of Blue Flare's utility is generally not worth the move slot to run Trick.
Set Details

========

Victini's EVs are primarily geared toward maximizing offensive power. 252 EVs in attack maximize the attacking potential of the Victini. 252 EVs and a beneficial nature in speed, in tandem with a choice scarf, allows Victini to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame (barring Deoxys Speed) while speed tying with other base 100 choice scarfs (such as opposing Victini, Jirachi, Salamence). The beneficial nature in speed also outspeeds base 90-100 choice scarfs, notably Landorus-T, Kyurem-B, and Hydreigon. 4 EVs in special attack allow Victini to slightly boost the power of Blue Flare. An Alternate EV Spread of 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with a Jolly nature can be run if Trick is chosen over Blue Flare.

Usage Tips
========

Choice Scarf Victini early game is a fantastic pivot and momentum gainer, as it heavily threatens most Pokémon with the combination of V-Create and Bolt Strike. Each move should be used in a specific situation that is required for it. V-Create should be used for tearing apart walls throughout the game. However, remember to use with caution, as while it can easily gain a KO, the stat drops make Victini vulnerable to revenge kills and often force Victini out. When using Bolt Strike, beware of Electric immune Pokemon, as they can easily force Victini out while gaining momentum. When the appropriate immunities or resistances are eliminated, Bolt Strike can provide a sweeping opportunity because it does not have any stat drops. U-Turn should be used often early game to pivot into other teammates (mainly wall breakers) that require a safe switch in. Blue Flare can be used to sweep late game against Bug, Grass, Ice, and Steel after the appropriate checks to Victini are eliminated.

Remember to keep Victini healthy when it is need to check specific pokemon, notably Scolipede, Volcarona, Yanmega, Weavile, and Scizor-Mega. Keeping Stealth Rocks off the field is preferred, as Victini does not appreciate being pivoting with a loss of a quarter of its health. Keeping Sticky Webs off the field is also preferred; Victini cannot sweep Bug teams otherwise, as it gets outsped by Pinsir-Mega, Galvantula, Volcarona, and Choice Scarf Heracross. Paralysis completely shuts down Victini, so avoid getting Victini paralyzed. If running trick, predicting a common Victini switch in that you would like to disable (such as Porygon-2, Mandibuzz, etc.) to use the move. However, be careful with using trick, as once revealed, it is relatively easy to predict and counter.

Team Options
========

Choice Scarf Victini on Psychic has many offensive partners synergize well with it. Gardevoir, Medicham, and Hoopa-U are some of the best offensive partners to provide offensive synergy with Victini. Gardevoir-Mega is a fantastic offensive partner for Victini; Against Dark, Pixilate Hyper Voice tears apart Dark Walls (Mandibuzz and Tyranitar) that stop Victini, and Substitute checks Bisharp for Victini. In addition, Gardevoir-Mega can commonly switch in after a Victini U-turn to land a free KO against dark. In general, Gardevoir-Mega can break physical walls that Victini struggles with, such as Hippowdon, Slowbro, and Skarmory. Choice Scarf Gardevoir can also to an extent threaten Dark Walls that threaten Victini, but also cleans late game. Healing Wish also brings Victini back to full health if needed. Medicham-Mega breaks almost every Wall (physical or special) that Victini cannot break, while Victini provides speed control to complement the raw power of Medicham-Mega. Victini helps by breaking doublade which Medicham-Mega often finds troubling. Any Hoopa-Unbound wallbreaking set helps tear apart Victini walls, while Victini provides crucial speed control to outspeed faster threats.

Choice Scarf Victini also relies on defensive walls and support to function. In particular, Slowbro, Lati@s, Jirachi, and Mew are the most optimal defensive partners to pair with Victini. Slowbro, the premier Psychic physical wall, checks most physical attacks that threaten Victini, including Choice Scarf Excadrill's Earthquake, Landorus-Therian's Earthquake, Weak Physical Dark Moves, Terrakion, Garchomp, and more. In addition to being physically bulky, Slowbro helps check Swampert and Keldeo, both of which heavily threaten Victini. Latios, Latias, and Mega-Latias are all ground immune, water resistant, and can provide defog support. Latios does immense damage, Latias provides healing wish support, and Mega-Latias simply tanks most hits that threaten Victini while proceeding to calm mind. Choice Scarf Jirachi forms a U-Turn Offensive core with Victini and switch in on Rock Moves. Specially Defensive Jirachi can switch in on Rock Moves and Weaker Water Moves, spread Paralysis on fast attackers, provide Stealth Rock Support, and provide Healing Wish (or Wish) support to Victini. Mew – Mew can be both a taunter and/or defogger to prevent hazards from hindering Victini. Knock off on the Stallbreaker Mew set can remove Eviolites, allowing Victini to 2HKO Porygon-2. Mew's Stealth Rock helps chip down foes to make Victini's job easier.

[SET]
name: Choice Band (Psychic)
move 1: V-create
move 2: Bolt Strike
move 3: U-turn
move 4: Trick
item: Choice Band
ability: Victory Star
nature: Jolly / Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Moves
========

Victini's moves, further bolstered by a Choice Band, are all threatening yet unique in their own way. V-create is Victini's most powerful STAB move by far; it is incredibly strong and 2HKOes almost all Pokemon that do not resist it. Bolt Strike is a very strong coverage move that hits Water-types such as Gyarados, Keldeo, Azumarill, and Slowbro super effectively. It also gets good neutral coverage on other Pokemon that resist Fire such as Heatran and Charizard. U-turn enables Victini to hit Latios, Latias, and Tyranitar, wear down checks like Dragonite, and take advantage of forced switches by getting a teammate in for free, thus generating momentum for the team. Trick can disable defensive Pokemon like Swampert and Heatran. It also lets Victini get rid of its Choice lock, which may be beneficial against slower teams that can easily play around it with a choice scarf.

Set Details
========

Similar to the Choice Scarf Set, the EVs and nature are tailored toward an offensive power. 252 EVs in attack, boosted by a choice band, increase Victini's V-Create's power to enormous levels, being able to OHKO many pokemon that the choice scarf set cannot. 252 EVs and a beneficial nature in speed allows Victini to speed tie with other base 100 such as Medicham-Mega, Gardevoir-Mega, and Charizard-Mega-Y. The beneficial nature in speed also outspeeds base 90s, notably Landorus-T, Kyurem-B, and Hydreigon. If more power is desired, an adamant nature can be run if Hydreigon and Life Orb Kyurem-B aren't huge problems to your team. 4 EVs in Special Defense forces the 2 download pokemon, Porygon-2 and Porygon-Z, to be unable to get a Special Attack boost on entry.

Usage Tips
========

As Victini is expected to carry a choice scarf, using Choice Band Victini will usually involve an element of surprise, which can be critical in turning the tide of the game. Choice Band Victini is one of the most powerful physical wallbreakers on psychic, being able to tear apart anything that doesn't resist fire. Using Victini early on as a powerful wallbreaker can enable faster teammates to sweep. U-Turn should be used early on more often to pivot and gain momentum, often to bring in a special wallbreaker on your team. Hazards should be kept off the field, especially Stealth Rocks, as they severely hinder Choice Band Victini's role to switch in on slower threats and OHKO them. Status, while not completely detrimental, hinder the usability, so therefore should be avoided as well. Victini should be kept healthy to check specfic threats such as Life Orb Scolipede and Quiver Dance Volcarona, as Victini often acts as the only check to those threats. Trick should be used primarily against walls that Victini would prefer the ability to change moves over the increase in power. Stall teams that have a full counter to Victini should be the most common target of this move. However, Trick, once revealed, is relatively easy to predict, so use with caution. V-Create is the most powerful move, used for breaking apart walls and gaining KOs. Use this throught the game to break walls, but caution the stat drops, as they weaken the Victini and often force it out. Bolt Strike should be used later game after the opponent's reaction to U-Turn is gauged and understood so that Bolt Strike can consistently land damage. Use Bolt Strike cautiously if an electric resist or immunity still persists on the opposing team.

Team Options
========

The partners for Choice Band Victini are usually specially offensive Pokemon that can break physical walls, or defensive support that can help Victini perform its role to its potential. Gardevoir-Mega is once again a fantastic offensive partner for Victini, providing it with a special wall breaker than can switch in after a U-Turn on a physical wall, especially against dark types. In return, Victini takes on physical walls that Gardevoir cannot easily break through. Choice Scarf Gardevoir is a fantastic cleaner that can sweep after Victini has broken apart the checks to this. Healing wish can also heal Victini back to full health in case Victini is low on health. Slowbro can absorb most physical hits that Victini cannot take well, especially Earthquake and Physical Rock Moves. Slowbro also provides Thunder Wave support that can slow down faster threats so Victini can outspeed them. Choice Specs Hoopa-Unbound pairs extremely well with Victini to Tear Apart any physical wall Victini Struggles with. Choice Scarf Jirachi forms a U-Turn Offensive core with Victini, while also aiding Victini by checking Faster threats that Victini can no longer check, especially Choice Scarf Heracross and Choice Scarf Jirachi. Mew can provide taunt and defog support to limit hazards and allow Victini to enter the field with full health.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options
=============

**Psychic:**

Victini has a variety of different options, yet most are unusable in viability. Victini can use Zen Headbutt in the fourth moveslot, but the lack of power renders the move almost useless. Psychic coverage on a Psychic team is also redundant. An assault vest can be a choice bluff, but the lack of speed is generally not worth the extra special defense. On trick room teams, Victini can choose to run a Custap Berry or a Flame Plate in combination with Trick Room to continuously deal damage with V-Create without having a detrimental speed drop. Victini can use Substitute to bait Bisharp and land a free kill. The lack of speed and power allows other Psychic teammates (Hoopa-Unbound and Gardevoir-Mega) to outclass Victini as a Substitute user, so Victini is generally more useful for other roles. Special choice scarf can lure certain Victini counters, primarily bulky Ground and Water Types. Unfortunately, the loss of V-Create and Bolt Strike renders this set obsolete.

Checks and Counters
===================
  • **Bulky Water Types** – Slowbro, Alomomola, Swampert, Quagsire, and Lanturn resist Victini’s primary STAB move, V-Create, while are able to take repeated Bolt Strikes from Choice Scarf Victini.
  • **Heatran** – Heatran on steel takes minimal damage from Bolt Strike while absorbing V-Create, while 2HKOing Victini using earth power.
  • **Bulky Fire Types** – Rotom-Heat, Torkoal, and Arcanine resist V-Create and U-Turn, so they can wall Victini while supporting the team.
  • **Rock Types** – Diancie, Terrakion, Rhyperior, and Tyranitar can easily switch into Victini’s moves and OHKO with STAB rock moves.
  • **Bulky Ground Types** – Hippowdon, Quagsire, Gastrodon, Landorus-Therian, and Seismitoad can take repeated V-Creates and Bolt Strikes and deal back heavy damage with STAB Earthquake.
  • **Dragons** – Dragons resist both V-Create and Bolt Strike, limiting the attacking potential of Victini, usually walling it.
  • **Offensive Dark/Ghost Types** – Chandelure, Mega-Houndoom, Gengar, Bisharp, Weavile, and Honchcrow all carry super effective STAB moves to threaten Victini or carry super effective priority moves.
  • Gyarados-Mega – Gyarados-Mega can set up on Victini locked into V-Create to attempt a sweep, while it lives a Victini Bolt Strike at full health.
  • **Sticky Webs** – Sticky webs, in combination with Offensive Bug Attackers, prevent Victini from sweeping bug teams and checking offensive threats.
  • **Pursuit** – Pursuit users [such as Tyranitar and Weavile (after a V-Create speed drop)] can trap Victini after using V-Create, eliminating Victini.
  • **Stealth Rocks** – Stealth Rocks early on can hinder Victini’s pivoting potential, reducing the health total of Victini by 25% every time it switches in. Too much hazard damage will negate the ability to check threats such as Pinsir-Mega and Scizor-Mega.
  • Hoopa-Unbound – Any Hoopa-Unbound wallbreaking set helps tear apart Victini walls, while Victini provides crucial speed control to outspeed faster threats.

This has been sitting here a while so I'll qc it
Overview
  • Provide examples of threats Ice and Grass Pokemon that Victini checks
  • Mention Rock as a common attacking type
  • First line needs some rewording can't understand the message
  • Put Choice Scarf Heracross during parts talking about what Victini checks
  • Part about base 100+ Pokemon is very confusing only 1 out of 3 Pokemon mentioned often use Choice Scarf
  • More emphasis should be placed on how much Victini helps against bug with Blue Flare especially
[SET]
name: Psychic Choice Scarf
move 1: V-Create
move 2: Bolt Strike
move 3: U-Turn
move 4: Blue Flare/Trick
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Victory Star
nature: Hasty
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Spa / 252 Spe
  • Blue Flare is better than Trick because it allows Victini to sweep Bug teams without needing to switch out because of V-create's drops. Also helps against Ice and Grass while Trick is situational.
Moves
  • Mention how U-turn punishes switches
  • Mention Lanturn as other Electric immune Pokemon as an example
  • Put Trick as an alternative Option because of how situational and how reliant it is on matchup
  • Mention how Blue Flare helps against Bug Teams allowing Victini to sweep them.
  • Also mention how Blue Flare is a lot more spamable unlike V-create
Set Details
  • Put Trick spread as the alternative spread
Usage Tips
  • Mention a usage tip on Blue Flare allowing Victini to effectively sweep bug teams on its own.
  • Mention how a Taunter and or Defoger is very good to have to prevent Stealth Rocks
  • Bolt Strike is not tearing apart walls
  • put Choice Scarf Heracross
  • Mention how Sticky Webs should be kept of the field because of how they hinder Victins ability to sweep Bug teams
Team Options
  • I would do individual Pokemon for this because it hard to read and decipher what is good because this section seems like a checks and counters section
  • For example Mega Gardevoir is good partner because it checks Dark types with powerful Pixilate Hyper Voice that threaten Victini
  • Usage part should be dropped and doesn't fit it should be placed it usage tips
  • Also some of weakness parts are inaccurate for example mew is not a water check
Other Options
  • I think Choice Band Victini deserves its own set on Psyshic but I'll let another QC member make the call
  • Mention Substitute Victini which can lure Bisharp
  • Mention Special Choice Scarf and how it can lure certain Victini counters such as Bulky Water and Ground types with Energy Ball
  • Mention Zen Headbutt
Checks and Counters
  • Bulky Water types Defensive Rotom-W is very uncommon on Water teams so I would remove it.
  • Slowbro and Alomomola do not take Choice Banded Bolt Strikes well some wording should be changed about how they take repeated hits from Choice Scarf Victini but do not enjoy Bolt Strike from Band Victini
  • I would also put Quagsire under Bulky Water types because its viability lies on water teams and there is a bulky water type category
  • I would remove Weavile on Dark section and put it as a pursuit trapper because it doesn't fit in with the rest of Pokemon in there in terms of how good of check they are to Victini
  • I would also add Defensive Lando-T as a check under bulky ground types unlike Quagsire this is fine since there is no bulky Flying Type section as Victini counter/checks.
  • Sharpedo needs double protect to get plus 2 on Victini nobody in their right mind is switching Victini on Sharpedo
  • The Dark/Water setup sweepers implies many Pokemon so individual point on Mega Gyarados should suffice
  • Replace offensive Bugs with Sticky Web because it hinders Victini's ability to sweep bug teams
  • Pursuit mention some users of it like Weavile and Tyranitar. Mention how Weavile takes advantage of Speed drop caused by V-create.
  • Under Stealth Rocks Victini is not a Dragonite counter nor a check.
QC 1 is complete

Your Overview should have been in bullet point format up until this point, for future reference.

Overview:
Give V-create a special mention for just how powerful it is, in spite of Victini's base 100 Attack.

Set:
You should not be running Jolly + Blue Flare. I agree with Vid who said to use this set (I fixed up your formatting btw):

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf (Psychic)
move 1: V-create
move 2: Bolt Strike
move 3: U-turn
move 4: Blue Flare / Trick
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Victory Star
nature: Hasty
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Spa / 252 Spe

Moves:
Moves is for explaining what the moves do, not how to use them. If you are saying something like "should be used" or "should not be used" that's not what this section is for. Most of the lines I say to remove should be move to Usage Tips instead. Keep that in mind, if you want to copy-paste them over.

V-create: Don't mention the numeric accuracy and Base Power. Don't talk about its wallbreaking / revenge killing power in the context of how to use it. Just say that its power makes it good at wallbreaking. Don't flip the direction of reason. Similarly, don't talk about the whole stats drops in the context of how to use Victini and V-create (being forced out, can't be spammed, costing Victini). However, you can still say that V-create's damage comes at the cost of having stat drops if you'd like, which makes it clear the stat drops are a property of V-create.

Bolt Strike: Again, don't mention accuracy. You can leave in that Bolt Strike helps hit Water-types. However, you should not mention Flying-types, which take more from STAB V-create. Don't mention the usage of Bolt Strike against Lanturn and Ground-types. That doesn't belong here.

U-turn: Remove the last sentence. It doesn't belong here.

Blue Flare: Emphasize that it's a more spammable Fire-type STAB attack that specifically sweeps Bug teams, which is really the reason it's used. The setup bait stuff doesn't need to be here.

Trick: Remove the last sentence. Explain that it's generally not worth losing Blue Flare's utility for it either.

Set Details:
Give examples of Choice Scarf users at base 100 Speed. In addition to this, make it noted that the Speed boosting nature lets it outspeed very important threats including Choice Scarf Landorus-T, Kyurem-B, and Hydreigon.

You talk about the Speed thing but don't bring it home. Explain that makes it a good revenge killer because it can outspeed many common threats, including +1 Mega Gyarados.

Usage Tips:
This is where you talk about any "should" things that you had in Moves. So you put here that Victini should be careful when using V-create, as it is often forced out afterwards due to the stat drops. The line about being wary of Ground-types and Electric immunes when using Bolt Strike goes here. The U-turn to bring in other Pokemon to break walls line can go here. The cautious use of Trick goes here.

Speaking of Trick, talk about it a bit. It's still a slashed move. It's good for crippling Eviolite users and walls, but Victini should be careful of using Trick on other Choice users, as that is a relatively easy move to predict.

Add to the pivot / momentum gainer thing by saying that it can use U-turn to take advantage of switches it forces.

The taunter / defogger thing doesn't belong in Usage Tips.

I don't like this entire line: "Towards the middle to endgame, Victini can utilize V-Create and Bolt Strike more to tear apart walls, attempt a sweep, or allow a teammate to sweep." The reader has no idea which moves are for tearing apart walls, sweeping, or allowing a teammate to sweep. Tearing down walls and attempting to sweep should be done in different times of the battle. Split this point into multiple so that you can make it more explicitly clear.

So your first line can be talking about breaking walls early- and mid-game with V-create. Your second line could be using U-turn to pivot into teammates to help get in safely to attempt to sweep. Your third line could be using Bolt Strike or Blue Flare to sweep late-game, because they don't have stat drops.

Your list of threats is way too long. You can't list 8 and then say "a few". Furthermore, some of these don't even require Victini to stay healthy. As long as it keeps its Choice Scarf, it can still check Choice Scarf Heracross, Hoopa-U, and +1 Mega Gyarados.

Also, mention that paralysis will utterly shut down Victini, so it should definitely avoid taking that.

Team Options:
Explain which Dark-type walls Mega Gardevoir breaks with Pixilate Hyper Voice. This would be physically defensive Mandibuzz and Tyranitar, which resists V-create. Make this more general too. Mega Gardevoir helps with most physical walls that Victini cannot break through, such as Hippowdon, Slowbro, and Porygon2. Also talk about what Victini can do for Mega Gardevoir, teamwork goes both ways. Mega Gardevoir greatly appreciates Victini taking on Steel-types that threaten it, such as Mega Scizor and Bisharp. It also likes having special walls that stop it, such as Chansey and Mew, taken out by Victini.

Choice Scarf Gardevoir isn't a wallbreaker, it's a cleaner. Also, you said this set can't break Tyranitar, while Mega Gardevoir can, which makes no sense. Both of them 2HKO with Focus Blast? Talk about what Choice Scarf Gardevoir does in addition to this. It also can have Healing Wish to bring Victini back to full health.

Instead of that long list, just say that Mega Medicham can break through almost every wall that Victini cannot. Add that Victini helps in return by defeating Doublade, which walls Mega Medicham.

You cut off Slowbro's Water resist role. Just say something like Swampert and Keldeo.

You need to talk more about the Latis and their individual role if you plan on listing all three of them. Latios does the most damage, Latias has Healing Wish and other support options, and the common Mega Latias set doesn't even run Defog on Psychic so that should not be here.

You make it sound like Choice Scarf Jirachi can't switch into Rock-type attacks, which is untrue. Support Jirachi can also spread paralysis, crippling the threats that might outspeed and beat Victini, such as Choice Scarf Terrakion and Latios. It can also provide Wish support.

Mew can also run Knock Off to remove items from walls, most importantly being able to remove Eviolites, which allows Victini to 2HKO Porygon2.

Add to both Jirachi and Mew that they are great users of Stealth Rock, which can help chip down foes to make Victini's job a bit easier.

Other Options:
Zen Headbutt's lack of power isn't the only problem, Psychic-type coverage is pretty useless on a Psychic team.

Why wouldn't a special Choice Scarf set still use U-turn for momentum?

Checks and Counters:
In Rock-types, Mega Diancie hardly switches in, let alone easily at that, when V-create / Bolt Strike has a decent chance at 2HKOing it.

How does Victini not "do much in return" against Dark-types? The problem is that these threats can revenge kill it due to either losing Speed from V-create or having priority moves.

I think the Team Options and Usage Tips will be sufficiently different from the Choice Scarf set to warrant having a separate Choice Band set.

Good work, after implementations QC 2/3

A band set needs to be added ASAP. I will not do the final QC until you add a band set and add eiens suggestions.

Finally stopped being lazy and implemented changes. Probably will need more edits on the Choice Band set than the other parts.

Thanks Eien!

Ready for QC 3

am check! implement what you want!
overview:
  • you should mention that with a Choice Scarf, Victini can outspeed several threats such as Choice Scarf Hoopa-U, Choice Scarf Landorus-T, and Weavile.
  • mention that coupled with a Choice Band, Victini can easily break common switch-ins to it such as Porygon2 and Slowbro.
  • definitely talk about its weakness to Stealth Rock, as it means that Victini cannot effectively check pokemon its supposed to like Volcarona.
  • when you're talking about its defenses, definitely say that it lets Victini take a hit from +1 Volcarona and any variant of Scolipede. Also mention that it's because of Victini's bad defensive typing that it's weak to those common types.
  • also mention that victini hates status, particularly Thunder Wave.
Choice Scarf:-

moves:
  • i think Gyarados is a pretty relevant target of Bolt Strike, so add that in.

set details:
  • i don't think Salamence is the best example of a Choice Scarf base 100 as it isn't common at all. Perhaps Staraptor is a better example? Or just leave it as victini and jirachi
team options:
In general, Gardevoir-Mega can break physical walls that Victini struggles with, such as Hippowdon, Slowbro, and Skarmory.
Skarmory isn't a wall that victini struggles with.
  • give examples of walls that Victini can't touch but Mega Medicham breaks. Porygon2, Tyranitar and Heatran are good examples.
  • mention Hoopa-U's mixed set with Subsitute in particular, as it can beat Bisharp. Also Hoopa-U can beat ghost-types like Jellicent, which switches into V-create, and Gourgeist-XL, which switches into Bolt Strike. It can also check Choice Scarf Gengar which can be used to revenge kill Victini.
  • wouldn't latios, latias, and mega latias fit into victini's offensive partners? also victini can check ice-types that threaten them, while they can easily check keldeo.
  • i don't think you need so many examples of Pokemon that Slowbro can beat. Just stick to excadrill, scarf landorus-t and terrakion. Mention that Slowbro's colbur berry set can shut down threats like Mega Sharpedo and Mega Gyarados too.
  • You could probably add Celebi in as another defensive partner to Slowbro. It can beat bulky Water / Ground types, act as a great status absorber thanks to Natural Cure, and can support Victini with Healing Wish.
Choice Band:-
i honestly think that adamant isn't great on Victini. Jolly still 2hkos/ohkos the same pokemon but sits at a higher speed.
moves:
  • i think zen headbutt deserves at least a mention in the moves section as an option instead of trick. it's the only reliable spammable stab move on victini, and can hit fighting types like terrakion which would usually switch into victini.
Set details:
  • Don't mention adamant
usage tips:
  • status is pretty relevant as paralysis renders it almost useless and poison damage along with other residual damage from entry hazards can wear Victini down really fast.
team options:
  • mention that gardevoir is particularly useful in breaking dark- and dragon-types.
In return, Victini takes on physical special walls that Gardevoir cannot easily break through.
a good example here would be Chansey.
  • In addition to checking Dark- and Dragon-types, Choice Scarf Gardevoir can also beat weather sweepers such as Excadrill and Kingdra.
  • you should also specifically mention Hoopa-U's mixed substitute as it can check Bisharp.
  • How does Choice Scarf Jirachi check Choice Scarf Jirachi? You can mention that Choice Scarf Jirachi can aid against Rock-type teams as well.
  • talk about specially defensive Jirachi too. It can further pressure the opposing side with Stealth Rock, cripple Pokemon with Thunder Wave, check certain threats such as Mega Diancie, and support Victini with Healing Wish or Wish.
  • stallbreaker Mew also deserves a mention as it can beat Pokemon like Quagsire and Lanturn.
  • add latios, latias and mega latias too. they can check keldeo, switch into water type attacks, and defog away entry hazards. latias can support it with healing wish as well.
  • again, i think celebi is a good defensive partner to victini. maybe specifically mention Colbur Berry in order to check Mega Sharpedo and Mega Gyarados as Victini can no longer outspeed them after they set up.
other options:
  • When you talk about zen headbutt specifically mention choice scarf victini and not choice band
  • mention that the special scarf set can lure bulky water / grounds and dragon types with energy ball and glaciate respectively.
checks and counters:
  • Bulky Water-types: mention that they cannot switch into banded bolt strike easily
  • Heatran: mention that offensive heatran cannot switch into banded bolt strike
  • dark and ghost-types should be split into two seperate sections.
  • i'd remove hoopa-u as a whole section because it's not really a great check. It needs to run a choice scarf and needs scarf victini at -1 speed before it can actually kill it
  • instead, i'd add revenge killers as a section. You can mention Pokemon like weavile and gengar as pokemon that can take advantage of its drops, terrakion and latios as faster choiced pokemon that can revenge kill it, and Bisharp, Azumarill and Dragonite as Pokemon that can revenge kill it with priority.
you might want to check out http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/spelling-and-grammar-standards.3490681/ as your writing isn't up to smogon standards.
Nicely done

Ok. I understand that when we asked you to add a second set that it's a lot more work, but there is zero tolerance for plagiarism. I don't think you plagiarized the first set, as I didn't think I noticed anything there, but your Choice Band set is unacceptably similar to another analysis.

Looking at your Choice Band set's Moves section:
"V-create is Victini's most powerful STAB move by far; it is incredibly strong and 2HKOes almost all Pokemon that do not resist it. It also lets Victini get rid of its Choice lock, which may be beneficial against slower teams that can easily play around it with a choice scarf."

Compare this to the OU analysis's Choice Band set's Moves section:
"V-create is Victini's most powerful STAB move by far; it is incredibly strong and 2HKOes almost all Pokemon that do not resist it. Bolt Strike is a very strong coverage move that hits Water-types such as Manaphy, Keldeo, Azumarill, and Slowbro super effectively. It also gets good neutral coverage on other Pokemon that resist Fire such as Heatran and Rotom-W. U-turn enables Victini to hit Latios, Latias, and Tyranitar very hard, wear down checks like Rotom-W, and take advantage of forced switches by getting a teammate in for free, thus generating momentum for the team. Trick can disable defensive Pokemon like Quagsire and Heatran. It also lets Victini get rid of its Choice lock, which may be beneficial against slower teams that can easily play around it."

This is literally identical barring a few changes made to the examples listed. I'm not even going to look at the rest. Locking and tagging wishes and scpinion.
