Krookodile

[OVERVIEW]

* Krookodile has an extremely beneficial typing both offensively and defensively, sporting a STAB Knock Off, Pursuit, and Earthquake, while also having useful immunities to Electric- and Psychic-types.
* Its typing is complimented by good all-around stats and movepool, and has access to Intimidate which makes it a powerful physical tank.
* Krookodile is one of the best revenge killers in the tier, thanks to its high Speed stat and access to Pursuit, which lets it trap common Pokemon like Latias and Starmie.
* While its typing gives it a good matchup against many common threats, it also leaves it to weak to prominent offensive Pokemon like Primarina, Buzzwole, and Conkeldurr.
* Even though 95 is by no means a bad speed tier, it leaves Krookodile outsped by Pokemon such as Hydreigon, Mega Sceptile, Celebi, and Cobalion, making it reliant on running a Choice Scarf to outspeed them otherwise.

Moves
========
* Knock Off is Krookodile's most spammable move, as it is powered up by STAB, has good coverage, and has the added utility of removing the opposing Pokemon's item.
* Earthquake compliments Knock Off well as Krookodile's second STAB attack, letting it hit Knock Off resists such as Cobalion and Terrakion for super effective damage and has good coverage overall.
* Pursuit allows Krookodile to trap Pokemon that tend to switch out on it, like Latias and Chandelure.
* Stone Edge rounds out Krookodile's coverage, hitting Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl and Crobat for super effective damage.

Set Details
========
* Krookodile invests all of its EVs into Attack and Speed and runs a Jolly nature so that it can hit as hard as possible while also be as fast as possible.
* Choice Scarf is used so that Krookodile can outrun the entire unboosted tier, letting it serve as a reliable revenge killer.
* Intimidate is used to lower the opponent's Attack, which makes it easier for it to pivot in onto incoming attacks.

Usage Tips
========

* As Krookodile reaches immense speed with a Choice Scarf, it should be used as a revenge killer so that it can check offensive threats like Latias and Mega Beedrill.
* Although Krookodile's solid overall bulk and defensive typing allow it to switch into a multitude of Pokemon, it is vulnerable to common coverage types and thus should not be switched into Pokemon like Xurkitree and Raikou recklessly.
* Krookodile should use Knock Off early-game to cripple its common switch-ins like Hippowdon and Buzzwole, but it should be wary of using it if the opponent has a Terrakion or a Cobalion on their team.
* In a similar vein, all of its other moves can be taken advantage of in some way and may potentially leave it open to being set up on.
* Pursuit can be used if you feel that a Pokemon like Latias or Xurkitree will switch out.
