Hi,
i think Light Clay + Freeze-Dry vs rain match up is better in Ninetales-Alola. Hypnosis / Encore seem like good options over Reflect to me.
Arctozolt I think is mandatory with HDBoots to avoid taking damage from SR + Spikes. Low Kick is a good option I imagine vs ttar, Heatran or Bisharp.
Sash in Ferro doesn't make much sense, as does Rocky Helmet in Crawdaunt. Best Leftovers - Rocky Helmet > Sash on Ferro and CB or LO on Crawdaunt.
