Kako : Usually, Psyduck works well, so I think it was just unlucky :/ And unfortunately, it looks like the Minccino got sniped as well :(

To answer your question, yes, you can absolutely use any Pokémon bred with my Ditto in tournaments, they will be fully legit. Even the Ditto itself could be used in tournaments when the regulations allow Pokémon transferred from Generation 5, it hasn't been hacked, simply cloned.
