Crucibelle

[OVERVIEW]

- Both Crucibelle and Mega Crucibelle posses extremely powerful STAB moves in Gunk Shot and Head Smash
- They also have great abilities which deal with the downside of using Head Smash - the recoil
- Both forms have a very useful speed tier, outspeeding the very common base 95, 100 and, in Mega Crucibelle's case, base 110 speed tiers.
- Mega Crucibelle also has a great base 135 Attack stat and significant special bulk, as well as increased longevity thanks to the immunity to entry hazards granted by Magic Guard
- Base Crucibelle can perform as an excellent revenge killer and pivot when holding a Choice Scarf thanks to its speed tier and its ability, Regenerator.
- Rock is a very potent offensive typing with few resistances, allowing Crucibelle to hit many Pokemon neutrally, if not super-effectively
- Poison is also a very useful to do super-effective damage to almost all of the common Fairy-types in the metagame
- Crucibelle has some useful moves in its arsenal, such as U-Turn to pivot, Coil to boost, Stealth Rock to support its team and Wood Hammer and Low Kick as coverage

- Both forms posses poor physical bulk which means they can be easy to revenge kill by faster physical attackers or with priority moves like Bullet Punch
- Though Rock/Poison is a decent offensive typing, it is resisted by both Ground- and Steel-types, two very common types in the CAP metagame
- Main STAB moves have poor accuracy, though this can be mitigated by Coil.
- Crucibelle and Mega Crucibelle lack the power or the coverage needed to break through common physical walls such as Skarmory, Landorus-T and Tomohawk
- Rock/Poison is an extremely poor defensive typing, being weak to relatively common types such as Water, Psychic and Steel while also possessing a 4x weakness to Ground. This also makes it vulnerable to being trapped and KO'd by Dugtrio.
