This is not Base Stat Total.

In this poll we vote for the Pokemon's Base Stat Rating. This is a far more accurate way of determining the effectiveness of a Pokemon's stat spread than Base Stat Total (and thus a much better way of determining it's power). Please take a gander at these links so you fully understand what you are voting for. I left out the extreemly overpowered and extreemly underpowered Base Stat Ratings. The main indication of this was "did anyone submit a spread with this BSR in the Base Stat Submission Thread?" Where the answer was "No" I didn't bother going that high/low in this poll. Vote for as many or as few as you feel are appropriate for this Pokemon.

Information about the formula is located here.
A utility for calculating the ODB is located here.

Pure Utility Pokemon

Description: There is a serious lack of Gravity, Rapid Spin, Wish, non Dark weak Trick Room, OU viable Heal Bell / Aromatherapy, Encore, Memento, Non Dark weak Perish Song, Psycho Shift, Safeguard, Magic Coat, Me First, Snatch, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Tailwind and Haze Pokemon in our lovely Metagame. I don't know what type, what stat distribution or even what kind of Pokemon would effectively use all those, but I want to build a utility Pokemon for the useful yet less used utility moves. If I had to narrow the field a bit, I would emphasize Tailwind, Gravity, non Dark weak Trick Room, Rapid Spin, Wish and Encore. The normal utility moves like Reflect and Light Screen go without saying.
Primary Typing: Poison
Secondary Typing: Ground
Style Bias: Mixed, Between -5 and -10 -- Slightly towards defence
Build Bias: Between 5 and 10 -- Slightly towards physical

Since most of my stat spread stay around the Very Good realm, I'll vote for that. Seem like a multiple choice poll so Quite Good and Excellent are my choices too lol.

If you like this spread, vote for Very Good.

Sorry the poll took a little while guys. I was umming and ahhing over which examples to include and which to exclude, but in the end I just went with none at all and let the OP do the talking.

I voted for Very Good.
My Stat Spread came out to be 335, so naturally I'd go there.
And I really don't understand why people would vote for Below Average.
Ahh well.

Voted Very Good and Quite Good, I don't remember where the stat spread I made came to but it was definately in that range.

Voted Quite Good and Very Good, because that's what all the spreads I like fall under. I think anything lower runs the risk of becoming BL.

I hope that either Quite Good or Very Good wins. I have a stat spread ready in either case.

Quite good and very good, since those are the ones that fit X-Act's spread, and I said I'd probably vote for that one.

I definitely wouldn't vote for excellent, because this thing is going to have a huge movepool and is a utility.
I voted for quite good, because I liked X-Act's spread as well.

Most of the high powered sweepers and walls and stuff are in the very good category, while a lot of the lower powered but still good pokemon are in the quite good category. (Including tentacruel, which I've seen several people reference). This thing doesn't need excellent stats to do what we want it to do, it needs an amazing movepool to be useful. Therefore, it shouldn't need a BSR of Very Good, it should work fine with Quite Good.

I voted for Quite Good and Very Good. I want some Speed on this...not so much to be another Crobat (in fact, I prefer that Crobat still outspeed this), so maybe 115-125. I think the big question would be, what do we want it to outspeed?
