Hey all!

Let's get some Movepools going for these new prevos! I will also be needing Evolution Levels from you all.

Remember, This is much stricter than a normal CaP Movepool! We are only allowed the moves which the CaP itself has in its movepool. You can move them around/change their order move TMs into level up moves and vice versa, but you cannot add any moves. Breaking this will result in Disqualification. This still leaves a surprising amount of variability and character for you to twist into the Prevo! Remember, Egg Moves cannot change!

I would like both movepools please!

Evolution Levels are as follows:

Grass: 16/16/16/18/17/16/17 -> 32/32/36/32/36/36/34

Fire: 16/14/16/14/17/16/17 -> 36/36/36/36/36/36/34

Water: 16/18/16/16/17/16/17 -> 36/30/36/36/36/36/34

I'd like us to have some sort of pattern or fixed levels, but I'm not overly fussed on this. Starters have a small pool of levels they can evolve at, and anything outside of the above will likely be questioned. This is up to the movepool makers discretion!

Removed all electric attacks aside from charge beam since baby bolt probably shouldn't be using these since its not a fully fledged thunder deer yet, but charge beam I think is weak enough that it links with its current (hah) electrical powers. Also removed flash cannon since it also links with the railgun flavor. Otherwise removed general too strong moves, aka Hyper Beam and Giga Impact.
Giga Drain
Grass Pledge
Helping Hand
Hyper Voice
Knock Off
Seed Bomb
Snore
Synthesis
Uproar
Worry Seed

No Frenzy Plant because of obvious reasons. Also removed Magnet Rise, Electroweb, Shock Wave and Signal Beam because I feel that it may be too strong for the bebeh deer to use effectively considering that its not great with electricity in this stage. Don't think it has the stamina for it at its current state, so also removing Endeavor to round off these changes.

So for baby Caribolt, its level up movepool stays intact for the most part, just ignoring repetitions. After that I decided to remove almost every electric type attack from its TMs, leaving Volt Switch, Wild Charge and Charge Beam. Wild Charge is common on several Pokemon regardless of type, and Charge Beam is a weak electric attack that Caribaby should be able to use. Volt Switch is just a nod to young deer escaping predators. I also notably removed Flash Cannon as I think it was seen as connected to Caribolt's railgun. Removed most Electric moves from tutors as well. For mid stage, kept its movepool more or less similar movepool, axing out final form exclusives if needed.

Because Caribolt's first stage lacks the Electric type, almost all Electric-type moves were removed from its Level-Up pool; only Thunder Shock remains to tease the potential development of a secondary typing. Signal Beam was also removed, as it seemed too intensive for the Prevo to use safely. To prevent the movepool from looking too sparse, a few moves were shuffled in from the Egg list; Helping Hand replaces Signal Beam, referencing the caribou's history of domestication and interaction with humanity, while Double-Edge is an easy stand-in for Wild Charge.

Although a radical departure from Caribolt's movepool, there is precedence for drastic alterations in movepool occurring within a starter Pokemon's evolutionary tree. Torchic and Chimchar, both of which eventually gain a secondary typing, have movepools that swell upon evolution; while Treecko swaps out several late additions for moves more suited to its evolutions' distinct and similar designs. Because of the similar circumstances surrounding the Caribolt line, it is thus reasonable to assume that such patterns could continue in this line's movepools.

Removed all Electric-type moves except Charge Beam, which is simple enough for our mono-type Prevo to feasibly use. Flash Cannon was axed for the same reason as Signal Beam. Finally, as moves typically seen only on fully evolved Pokemon, Hyper Beam and Giga Impact were removed.

As in its Level-Up pool, all Electric-type moves and Signal Beam were removed. Frenzy Plant is missing because the Prevo isn't yet fully evolved.

Upon acquiring an Electric typing and a spiffy new set of antlers, the middle stage is sufficiently equipped to use Signal Beam and most of Caribolt's Electric-type moves, which help flesh out the movepool. Nevertheless, Zap Cannon and Magnet Rise are again absent, demonstrating that the newly electrified Pokemon lacks the power and control necessary for such techniques.

After their brief absence from the first stage's movepool, Caribolt's Electric TM's return in its Prevo's TM list. Flash Cannon also appears here to show the line's increasingly proficiency with projectile attacks. Only Hyper Beam and Giga Impact are left off of the list.
