Perhaps he's in the wrong field. You don't always need to blatantly falsify data if you want to deceive the public. In nutritional science, all you need to do is cherry pick variables and results. Is behavioral science subject to similar tactics?

It's also worth noting that a 3.4 GPA will make it very difficult to get into any of the "good" schools without a very compelling and unique reason for them to let you in.
